I called ahead to order, they sent me to the app. I ordered through the app, it said the order would be ready at 1:10. I showed up, nothing was ready. I asked for 6 of the 24 cookies as fast as possible to send with someone else in my group asap, they told me to wait even though it was done. They gave me half the order and thought they were done and had to go back to find the rest of the order. No urgency, poor customer service, they started on another order knowing I needed to leave asap for a meeting. Worst Crumbl I've been to. read more

I waited at the counter for 10 minutes before someone asked if I had a pickup order. I said yes and told them my name. The girl making the orders kept looking lost and confused every time I told her my name. I waited for another 15 minutes while the manager ignored me and was talking on her phone, and the girl making the orders was fulfilling other orders. The entire kitchen was a crazy mess and they left 4 full cookie sheets of scooped dough on the pickup counter, leaving full access to customers and turning their backs most the time. Anyone could have coughed, sneezed, hell they could have poisoned the cookies easily for how long they were left unattended. After asking my name for the fifth time she found the order and fulfilled it, and it was still wrong. I kindly told her she could have asked me what the order was instead of making me wait for 25 minutes. I waited 20 minutes after placing the order to drive to the location. I expect a pickup to be a quick pickup. Not waiting longer than every customer in the store. Very disappointed in the cleanliness and service. We purchased two of the Dubai chocolate cookies, two of the chocolate crumb Oreo cookies, one brookie cookie, and one lemon cupcake cookie. Both of the to dubai cookies had no Dubai filling. I got 2 chocolate chip cookies today. Later, when I opened the boxes, I could see the cookies were covered in salt. I brushed as much as I could off of the cookies and tried a bite. Yikes! It was so salty! Thinking that maybe it was just me, I gave my husband half of the cookie without saying anything. He took a bite, made a face and said "something's wrong with this. " I called the store and they said they always put salt on the chocolate chip cookies. If that's true, I've never tasted it before. This has turned me off of Crumbl. There are so many cookie places nowadays, I don't feel any need to go back to Crumbl. read more

I placed on online order and paid for it. I waited 45 minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready for pickup. Then they say they don't have the product would I like something else. I wanted what I ordered so I asked them to just refund my order. The refund may be in my account in a week. Every single time I walk in this store my order is messed up or out of stock. I definitely will not be back. **Edit to add getting a refund is apparently not a thing. After almost a week I still don't have my money back and the manager treated me like I was in the wrong. The employees working in the store aren't allowed to do anything yet there is no one working who can. Avoid this store unless you enjoy giving away your money. read more

We had the cookies delivered and they were right on time. We ordered the minis and they were indeed small. Pretty expensive for the size but for me the taste just isn't there. I just don't care for them, but we had a gift card and we wanted to use it and try them again. read more

I finally tried the place everyone is talking about! The place inside is adorable, very cute decoration. The cashier/server was extremely helpful and nice. The hours of operation and the delivery options are awesome. The cookies are good and HUGE, crunchy outside but soft inside. The prices are in the high end, $3 for each cookie. I bought the 4 cookies box for $10. I ended eating half of one at the time, because it was too sugary for me. The box last me three days and they were good the whole time. I was surprise that they don't got dried like other cookies. My favorite flavor was the Cinnamon Swirl, very soft and delicious. My second favorite was the Chocolate Chips, traditional yet perfectly made. My less favorite was the Dark Dream, not the doble chocolate flavor I was hoping for. I actually really loved this cookie place. I'm kind of a cookie snob so I'm very particular about my cookie intake. I heard mixed reviews about this place so I was leery, but I was pleasantly surprised. My chocolate chip cookie was soft and gooey just like I like it. I also loved the sugar cookie. I have no complaints with this location or with Crumbl at all. What could go wrong when you have huge, delicious cookies right in front of you? I go try different flavors at least twice a month. My favorite so far definitely is churro and raspberry cheesecake. So good! Everyone is quick and nice at this location. We live so close that we don't choose delivery, but if we didn't we would definitely use that to our advantage. They now have mini cookies for catering. Wish they had them on the regular, because these cookies are huge. I usually cut them up and eat piece by piece. So good! read more

I love sweets, and I love them late at night. The fact that Crumbl (my favorite cookies ever) in Bountiful was open at 11pm after I went to a demolition derby in Ogden was the icing on the cake of an awesome day. I tried the nutella, which was great. And the churro, which is like a double cinnamon cookie; it was alright. I love the snickerdoodle better. Obviously chocolate chip is always safe. The rotating menu is my biggest problem in life (TRY ALL THE COOKIES!). Warm, delicious cookies late at night, friends. I don't think anyone needs to say more. read more

Set in one of Bountiful's most doomed locations, save it be the corner of 100 E and 500 S (now Bank of American Fork), Crumbl Cookies represents yet another totally unnecessary Cookie/Soda shop and testament of Utahns' befuddling and unique addiction to overpriced sugary sodas and cookies. In fact, Utah has more soda and cookie shops than ice cream parlors which makes no sense. Regardless of past sentiment, I decided to go to Crumbl with an open mind, as I love supporting local businesses, and was hardly satisfied. I ordered several large chocolate chip cookies, the magnum opus of cookies, which are a sound indicator of a bakery's prowess. The box/packaging is admittedly well done, with a bright pink box that is easily recognizable and a delivery option that is another alluring and dangerous temptation. Pent up with excitement, I opened the box and the cookies looked gooey, texturally pleasing, and gargantuan, almost as big as my hand. They smelled very fragrant and delectable. Looks deceive, however, and I found the cookies overwhelmingly sweet. The dough was far too pudgy, and was relegated by an overly moist texture. The chocolate chips, while distributed generously and melting nicely, were exceedingly sweetened, and coupled with the already sugar-bombed dough, was far too overbearing. A darker semi-sweet chip would serve much better here. The cookie contributed to such a degree of richness that it was unbearable to eat more than half, and there was a noticeable lack of bite. The cookie needed a bit more crunch, and less heavy handed with the sugar. At $3.00 each, these definitely did not make the cut. This cookie may have been good, if I were a preschooler. As someone who makes a lot of cookies, I find that with Crumbl, it's better to pull out the old KitchenAid Mixer and do them myself than even have them delivered. Crumbl will most likely end up in the ash heap of history like its location's predecessors (Yogurt Stop, Beehive Bakery et al.) if it does not make changes to their exorbitant sugar levels. Overall, I was underwhelmed by my experience and do not plan on returning. read more

This is what Mrs. Field's wanted to be in the 80's (yes, I'm old). Big cookies served hot -- AND they sell milk. Believe it or not there's another cookie vendor in town who looks at you as if you've asked for a 12 oz. cup of puppy blood when requesting milk. One cookie can easily last a couple of days - and they reheat really well. Must be the butter. Plus only two points on Weight Watchers! Kidding. Horrible service! I've gotten way better service at the soda fountain shops in Utah. Came in after noon of 12/21. Female employee forgot an order that she placed for me. Her Co worker picked up the slack after realizing that I was waiting... The other employee realize what has happened and no apologies. They also ran out the item that came with the order. (That should have been addressed prior to the order.) there was a lot of attitude at this shop. Hire some kids from swigg and fizz. They're more personable and take pride of what they do. I hate to say it, but something has changed. Idk if it's the recipes, quality of ingredients, baking process... something is different and the chocolate chip cookies and sugar cookies are not the ones I've loved for the past few years. I first noticed back in March 2020 while getting g a box for my anniversary. I thought maybe it was just off. The next box I got was in June for my birthday. Same thing. Didn't quite taste right. Then in August for my wife's birthday, And then a couple days ago. I am now convinced that if something has changed and it wasn't a temporary thing. Your cookies are delicious, but the 2 working tonight had an attitude. We said we'd wait for the next batch of cookies and they acted like it was annoying we didn't get something that was already ready. Then it's also annoying there is no chairs to sit and wait. We waited for 15 min standing. Then the girl taking our order spoke very quietly that ours was ready and we didn't hear her until I looked over and was laughing like "we are all waiting for you and you guys aren't paying attention" making us feel stupid when she was super quiet. Finally got a chance to drop by this cookie place. We tried the sugar cookie, the lime, the chocolate chip and the biscoff. The biscoff and the chocolate chip were warm and gooey on the inside. All the cookies were large. If you purchase 4 it's $10 or individually they are $4. They were yummy. Yes they are sweet but isn't that what a cookie is?
