The salted caramel cookie has so much salt. Even the people who love salted caramel didn't like this cookie. Again, not much flavor. At $4 a cookie, this is not worth it. I don't even love Crumbl, but I'd rather get an expensive chocolatey cookie there if that's what I'm craving. The rest of the time I'll stick to Twisted Sugar and Ruby Snap. As for service, it took FOREVER to prepare my 4 cookies. The kid doing it was nice and I'm glad there was a drive thru, but the waiting didn't help the whole situation (not great cookies and steep prices).

Alas, it is the reality of this place: they are consistently out of something every time I visit. Because the staff was friendly and helpful, I suspect that the problem begins with management. The owners need to speak with the managers (or whoever keeps the products in stock), so they can perform inventory checks and ensure that they keep the bare basics available for customers (like vanilla ice cream and whipped cream). If this place goes under, it will be because of their inability to keep items they offer in stock. Sadly, I will not return. "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me." Pie Fight does not have an interior area for guests, but rather operates from a grab and go window. We ordered two hand pies-- the apple crumble and blueberry lemon-- and had them warmed up. The staff there was very prompt with taking our order and preparing our food. We ended up taking the pies back to our hotel room because the seating on the deck out front had no lighting. Both pies were very good, but overall we preferred the classic apple crumble better than the blueberry lemon. I would definitely go back if we return to Utah, but maybe a little earlier in the day so we could walk around and enjoy our pies.
