However, I have been here two times, and they are always out of something. Last time, they didn't have a sprinkle waffle bowl. This time, I wanted a normal blonde brownie hot fudge sundae. I was disappointed when they were out of blonde brownies. What shocked me was they were also out of vanilla ice cream AND whipped cream! I couldn't believe it. An ice cream shop being out of vanilla ice cream and whipped cream is like a burger shop being out of burgers. It's outrageous! The situation sounds like a bit from a comedy. Alas, it is the reality of this place: they are consistently out of something every time I visit. Because the staff was friendly and helpful, I suspect that the problem begins with management. The owners need to speak with the managers (or whoever keeps the products in stock), so they can perform inventory checks and ensure that they keep the bare basics available for customers (like vanilla ice cream and whipped cream). If this place goes under, it will be because of their inability to keep items they offer in stock. Sadly, I will not return. "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me." They will not get a chance to fool me thrice, not even for *thrice* cream ;)

The first item I look for is flavor. The Daily Shave Ice has a variety of flavors, including sugar free. They have the classic flavors (tigers blood) to the tropical flavors (mango) that I always order on my shave ice. Bonus points if they offer additional items to add to it, like ice cream on the bottom and condensed milk on top. The Daily Shave offers both and I absolutely recommend it. Together, it totally elevates the shave ice. The second item is the quality of ice. This ice was very smooth and snow like. The softer the ice, the better it is. What I wasn't expecting was the size. They really pack on the ice! I ordered a small and it was massive. It was a fun surprise when I picked it up at the window. Overall, this place knows how to make a shave ice. The ice is soft, the flavors are awesome and the size is huge. A great treat on a summer day.

There are no ice crystal's like regular ice cream but it is frozen and pliable. Scoop it with a spoon and enjoy it. This is my first time trying it. The staff at drive-thru was very nice and excellent at their work. From the way they spoke to me taking my order to handling my payment to delivering my custard. I was impressed. The inside looks very inviting; the place has been around for years. I remember seeing this place when I was a little kid and always wanting to come because it always looked like it was the place to be. One day when he was playing and we were watching, I got the trots. AKA Dirahea. So, We went to the nearest bathroom, which was here. Except it was a pizza place at the time, and man, that pizza must have done something cause there was a line. After we got to the front, the toilet was overflowing with Diahrea. Everyone must have had Diahrea that day. So once I got on the toilet there was other peoples Diahrea touching my buttocks. After I took a dump, the toilet would not flush because their was everyones Diahrea in it. It could not handel the diahrea. So I wiped my butt and just added it to the pile of Diahrea, because what else was I supposed to do. And the Toilet paper was NOT the one with the bear on it, which was bad. So after I left the toilet that was already filled with Diahrea I washed my hands and then left, but I was in there for like 45 minuetes Because the Diahrea just kept coming. I was revenge of the Diahrea!! And after I left there was a verry long line, and at the front was this old man who was mad at me. Anyway, a few years after that traumatising expeirince I was at the same place which was now Fizz and I had to go pee, and it was a verry sucsess full pee and the food was good.
