However, I have been here two times, and they are always out of something. Last time, they didn't have a sprinkle waffle bowl. This time, I wanted a normal blonde brownie hot fudge sundae. I was disappointed when they were out of blonde brownies. What shocked me was they were also out of vanilla ice cream AND whipped cream! I couldn't believe it. An ice cream shop being out of vanilla ice cream and whipped cream is like a burger shop being out of burgers. It's outrageous! The situation sounds like a bit from a comedy. Alas, it is the reality of this place: they are consistently out of something every time I visit. Because the staff was friendly and helpful, I suspect that the problem begins with management. The owners need to speak with the managers (or whoever keeps the products in stock), so they can perform inventory checks and ensure that they keep the bare basics available for customers (like vanilla ice cream and whipped cream). If this place goes under, it will be because of their inability to keep items they offer in stock. Sadly, I will not return. "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me." They will not get a chance to fool me thrice, not even for *thrice* cream ;)

The inside looks very inviting; the place has been around for years. Then I found the bountiful number, called it, I asked if I could place an order for take out, the guy who answered said "I'm not sure", then put me on hold, he got back on the phone and said :I can't take your order." The first item I look for is flavor. The Daily Shave Ice has a variety of flavors, including sugar free. Bonus points if they offer additional items to add to it, like ice cream on the bottom and condensed milk on top. The Daily Shave offers both and I absolutely recommend it.
