Food Delivery Service is based on the Paleo/Zone meal plans, and is delivered in a sealed insulated bag that will protect your food for up to four hours. Two deliveries a week. One on Tuesday, and another one on Thursday to keep the food fresh. They do not freeze their food. Delivery time window is between 4 pm and 9 pm. It is nice to come home and have dinner already prepared. This is a life saver, especially if you don't like to cook or have a busy schedule. I choose the maintenance meal plan (lunch and dinner only) with one delivery a week. For 6 meals, the price per meal is $17.33. That price is based on the meal plan I choose, the amount of meals, and tax and shipping charges for a total of $103.40 a week. (see copy of receipt) I found having chicken for most of the meals was tiring. I would like to have more of a variety maybe a nice fresh salad once in a while. They are pretty quick to respond to text messages if you need to get a hold of them for any reason.

What to expect? 1) Fill out a form and explain allergies, what kind of foods you don't like (Ex. I dont eat pork or beef, I do not like onions, allergic to gluten, etc...) 2) Based on the amount of meals you order you will charged an amount. For example, 4 lunches, 4 dinners and 4 snacks cost around $150 3) On Monday afternoon you will receive a delivery with multiple meals. Each meal is labeled with the amount of calories, and the grams of protein, carbs and fat. 4) If you discontinue the service make sure you specify on the web otherwise you will be automatically charged. Overall: amazing! great service for people that is looking to eat healthier, or if traveling out of town and you are tired of eating on fast food this place is life changing. Home cooked meals in your hands.

So, we were excited when we came across Beehive Meals, because we don't have to cook quite as much. We have a small portable electronic freezer that we take on trips that we use for our soups. It's so easy to pick one that we're in the mood to eat, plop it in our Instant Pot on the slow cooker setting a couple of hours before lunch or dinner and open the lid to homemade goodness. We really like the variety, too. I have read reviews where people say they aren't flavorful enough. Just make sure to scrape the seasonings out of the corner of the bag where they tend to settle.

Some of the meals are good, but it is so overpriced for what you actually get. I made a roast meal…read moretoday that was supposed to be for six people. The calorie count per serving was 220 calories. In what universe is that a meal? Most meat should have a serving size of at least 3-4 ounces. To feed 6 people you need 18-24 ounces. The meal today had far less than half of that and an about a teaspoon per person of vegetables. If they wanted to be honest, it should be called beehive side dishes or beehive snacks. In no reality can you call any of these pre-packaged things a meal. It's way easier and more cost efficient to buy a main dish from Costco and add your own sides.

Your taste buds get a treat right off the bat! I love the Pulled Pork Benedict. I am a big Eggs Benedict fan and was intriuqed by how unique this dish was. The corn bread mixed with the BBQ pulled pork and eggs + hollandaise sauce was the perfect combo. If I find myself back in SLC, I'll be sure to come back just for this dish. Servers were so friendly and prompt, taking great care of us. Don't miss this spot - just a short drive outside SLC!

My husband has dietary restrictions that make eating at diners difficult for him, but we were outvoted. Luckily there was one dish he could eat--the steak and eggs. The steak usually comes with teriyaki, but he asked for it without as he cannot have added sugars in his food. After a while, the servers/staff brought out half our food. The other half apparently wasn't in the system, so they had to retake half the table's orders. Meanwhile, my husband's steak was covered in teriyaki, so we had to ask for it to be remade. The rest of the food eventually came out, along with my husband's steak, which was once again covered in teriyaki sauce. They finally got it right on the third try, at which point everyone else was almost done eating. I got a turkey sandwich with pasta salad. The pasta salad was incredible, but the turkey sandwich was sadly bland. I couldn't even taste the mayonnaise. Overall, I don't see any reason we would ever come back.

This year has been a major challenge for me, as I write this with one working eye. Ocular melanoma,…read morea week of plaque radiation, then detached retina all in the same eye. My sister, who lives back east wanted to do something for me, so she sent a care package from Spoonful of Comfort. It feels like the only thing I look forward to is a good meal, because I can't go anywhere or do anything and have to lay in one position. So, receiving this package made my whole day. It came with two chicken noodle soups, a beautiful ladle, rolls, and delicious chocolate chip cookies. You can customize your order. Everything was yummy! Now I have a company to order from when I have a friend who's having a hard time. Highly recommend. 4/29/26
