Okay, so my mom came over to have dinner and I asked if she had tried Crumbl yet and she hadn't so I pulled up for dessert. I came specifically for the Muddy Buddy and Birthday cake. Taste Test Muddy Buddy-This cookie alone made me give them their star back. Hands down the best Peanut butter cookie I have ever had in my life. Heavy swirled with the most lux chocolate and crunchy squares that add the perfect texture, I die!. Birthday Cake-Stupid delicious just as any good birthday cake replica should be. Soft buttery cookie, deeply swirled with the creamest and perfectly balanced icing. I would guess buttercream, but not sure. Topped with candy sprinkles for crunch. Too bad I can't give a half a star. Love the cookies but that young team of employees need better leadership skills and initiative. We literally had a pick up at 6 pm and sat in the curbside pickup for 10 mins and no one came out. Wife went in and out order was on the the counter the whole time. When we got there, there were no one in the store. The employees looked at us from the store and did nothing. No excuses. Need better customer service. read more

I order from this location quite a bit and I am just not impressed with the customer service. One time I ordered from here, they delivered my cookies to the wrong house then told me there was nothing they could do about it. I had to walk my neighborhood to locate them. I decided to give it another shot, ordered cookies and they delivered me the wrong order. I called and let them know and they said they would take my name down so I can get a free order next time. I called to get my free order tonight and they said no one ever put my name down and that they couldn't do anything. They advised I would need to call tomorrow when their manager is there. At this point I am over it and won't even call tomorrow. I just won't give them any more business. Based off of the reviews it seems as though the customer service is the issue. read more

It's now been three occasions I've arrived at the Crumple Cookie Ahwatukee location and you guys have ran severally low on cookie selection. The first time I thought it was an accident, the 2nd time I thought okay maybe their just crazy busy and can't keep up with demand. Well, the third time the girl working actually said that's how you guys do it. You try to run out of cookies at the expense of Losing nightly customers who want to order all your offerings. -If the girl from the third visit is correct that's unfortunate*** -Note, at 9:45pm your open sign was off. Hours of Operation states your open till 10pm.  As a District Manager for a fast casual concept I've experienced this same issue. It's an easy fix with the right upper management in place. Hopefully, it's not an owner decision to cut on waste at the expense of the customer. (Update) Crumple still hasn't responded to an email I sent in to them at their request on Google reviews. support@crumbl.com, maybe they truly don't care about this issue. read more

Been here a few times since Covid and always have a simple pleasant experience. Everyone has been wearing a mask and there are markers on the floor for people to wait six feet apart. If you have never been here and you have extra time to drive to any location don't hesitate and do it now. Their staples like the sugar cookie and chocolate chip are to die for. On the rich and decadent side but I think we could all use a treat with the state of the world. The cookies are warm, soft, and gooey. Exactly what the soul needs right now. Do NOT order delivery from them, the receipt I got said the order would be delivered by 4:30. I called to check on my delivery at 4:50 and the girl who answered the phone said they have a 30 minute window past that time. That is ridiculous when you pay a delivery fee and no where on the receipt does it state that. If this is the case Crumbl needs to put that on their receipt. I asked to cancel my order because I didn't want to wait another 1/2 hour and she just blurted out some corporate number to call and complain to. I mean it's not her fault or the drivers fault, but it needs to be stated somewhere if that is their policy. I'll definitely won't be getting cookies from here again especially after trying them now. They were honestly way too sweet to the point I couldn't even finish one. I'm a huge sweets person too. IDK maybe they're for some people, but I'd advise not to get delivery. read more

Had some guest over and ordered for a treat. Cookies showed up 2 hours after ordering which is one hour after committed for deliver on the website. Ice Cream was melted and when i called the Ahwatukee location I was just given excuses that 35 ppl called and they were busy. No concessions or even an offer for a pick up option. Beth the manager wasn't at this location so I was told to call Scottsdale. I called Beth and was told all they could do is give me coupons for cookies to pick up at the store. After I scooped some ice cream for the kids it was clear the ice cream was not kept cold for delivery, it was melted. My guested like the cookies of course they had to take them to go since we had toddlers on hand. read more
