The facility was beautiful, too-notch industrial kitchen, cute decor, a full battle, plenty of prep space, many areas to wash your hands, and every item of utensil you would need to prepare a quality meal. The chefs were great at helping us right along and keeping us on track. The food turned out deliciously. I also love that they will send you the recipes you prepared afterwards. Highly recommend! Great date idea too!

My aunt and I booked a class for the 2 of us. Upon arrival we were welcomed to sit and have snacks as well as a drink. The cooking class came with 2 drinks. They had fantastic non-alcoholic options. Mocktails that weren't an afterthought. It was fantastic! Our instructor took the time to explain how everything would work and then we were told to find our pre-assigned stations. At our stations, a lot of the prep work and measuring of ingredients was already done for us. This taught me a lot about prep work and successful cooking. I am not a very good cook and between my aunt and myself, we stayed at pace with the instructor. Absolutely friendly for beginners or those without cooking talent. When we finished cooking, we sat down back at our seats to enjoy the food we had prepared. I couldn't believe that I cooked what I was eating! We were sent home with their in house cookies and the recipes to what we cooked. Not only were the food choices delicious and awesome but the experience was so much fun! I highly recommend.

I feel like I learned tips and techniques that I could take home and use day to day but also ended up making a very unique and impresssive meal. This class was Thai inspired so we made a salad, coconut curry soup, and moo shu wrapped in a pancake of sorts. Their cooking classes offer a cash bar and walk in appetizer. Then we get to the cooking, all of the ingredients were portioned and passed out. We had the opportunity to taste along the way. After cooking everything, we got to sit down and enjoy our meal. This was such a fun experience. Highly recommend as a date night activity!

It's an out of the box idea that will give you major cool points. We did a Chopped Themed event. If you have ever watched Chopped, the TV show, you know that they provide you with a basket of items and you and your team is to figure out what to make with those items. You have to make sure that you include every item that's in the basket. It was so much fun to see what the various groups came up with. There were four groups and three judges. Once their meal was prepared, they brought the dishes to the judges so that we were able to rate them. I was one of the judges which was very fun! We had an appetizer and then a main dish. At the end the REAL chefs prepare a meal using the same ingredients! The staff was extremely nice and entertaining too. Made us feel comfortable and welcome. There was an open bar of wine and beer (and soda) so add that with some music I tell you it was just a blast. Thank you team for hosting! It was amazing!

We hired Kneeda Chef to give a "cooking" class to a handful of 30-year-old women, but instead we were taught how to assemble prepackaged and premade food from the local Kroger. We should have seen the red flags when this crew showed up in a vehicle with busted out taillights, and Eric told us (aka his CLIENT) to unload the groceries from the car. From there, we noticed the grocery bags were full of items that were ALL commercially made and direct from the grocery store....(store-bought hard boiled eggs, "Jack Daniel's" fully cooked pulled pork, canned crab meat, ready-made cole slaw, a jar of already minced garlic, "French's" fried onions, just to name a few....) Not a single dish we prepared this evening was created by homemade ingredients. When hiring a chef, one is expecting the presentation of the food to be of higher caliber; in this case, Kneeda Chef served all of our appetizers on an old metal pizza pan...and don't worry, each of our 6 different types of appetizers were all served on the same pan! Talk about "restaurant quality!" (A term he used to describe each dish that was assembled). This is indeed the "quality" I'd be expecting from the local Pizza King... so if that was the intent- nailed it! Not only did the wine "sommelier" serve Barefoot wine and 2 buck chuck out of paper Dixie cups, but he and Eric also helped themselves to multiple solo cups of the wine during the evening. But truly the pièce de résistance was when four of the guests woke up puking in the middle of the night.

If you're in the market for an "Assembly Class" this if for you. Pre made pulled pork (basically Manwich), on hawaiian buns with a can of crispy onions. This is not gourmet. This is not a cooking class. This is a lazy man's assembly of processed foods. Better yet, his "sommelier" served Barefoot wines $3 a bottle out of Dixie cups. Yes, the same cups you swig mouthwash from at the dentist. Fancy. Run, and I can't emphasize this enough ... not just to burn off all the processed food you'll eat, but from the dumpster fire that will ensue at your next gathering.
