    Wall of frozen deliciousness

Super cute, self-serve frozen yogurt shop situated not far from IU Ball Hospital. I stopped in one warm afternoon because the sign out front advertised one of my favorite frozen treats, Dole pineapple whip. My first impression upon walking in was how clean this little shop was kept. An attendant was mopping the floor and gave me a warm greeting. As I looked around, I also noticed there are so many different flavors available! I spotted the whip I'd come for and grabbed a cup. You pay by weight here, so the cup size may be deceiving if you're an expert at filling it. However, a chalkboard sign notes that discounts available if you are a student or military/veteran. There are also some daily discount specials available, as well. A plethora of toppings are offered, if you should choose to adorn your creation. Being a whip purist, I chose to stick to the basics and headed to the counter where the attendant weighed my selection. I paid, grabbed a spoon and off I went. It was a nice day, and many of the colorful outdoor tables outside were occupied. One woman spoke to me as I left and we remarked on the uniqueness of the trash can outside (see pix). Highly recommend this cute little spot if you're in the mood for a frozen sweet treat!

SO GOOD! My favorite place in Muncie. I love Berrywinkle! I always get the cookies&cream. So yummy. Always hits the spot. The workers are always nice. I love the environment too.

Expresso gelato, cheesecake fro-yo, cheesecake chunks and chocolate sprinkles

Berry Winkle is a fun little spot in Muncie with an impressive amount of fro-yo and toppings. There is plenty of non-dairy options like Italian ice flavors and sorbets. Fro-yo, gelato and custard for the dairy-favored! The set-up and toppings bar is bigger than most fro-yo places I've been too, I appreciate this and the amount of seating they have available. As well as the outdoor seating with umbrellas. The expresso gelato was my favorite! If it was for the treats alone I'd give a higher star but I was dismayed by the cobwebs in the corners, an accessible broken outlet cover, and lack of cleanliness in the bathroom. I hate pointing these things out but I also believe in honest reviews and perhaps this will be helpful for staff in the future.

Cutest little place. Delicious frozen yogurt! People need to appreciate frozen yogurt more! Most are closed down at this point and I would be sad to see this one go.

I lived in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia for a while with a group of my friends. There is an awesome pay-by-weight yogurt chain there called Skinny Dip that all the locals love. We all fell in love with it while we were there, and talking about going back to VA to visit has always meant talking about going back to Skinny Dip. So imagine my surprise when I came back to Muncie to see a new pay-by-weight yogurt place in the old LJS building. I was skeptical at first, but after my first try, I'm pleasantly surprised. They have more machines than the average Skinny Dip location, but the flavors seem to be a little more "white bread" in terms of variety. The toppings, on the other hand are plentiful. The best part is that it's relatively cheap. At $0.42 an ounce, it beats skinny dip by about 30%. It's also a lot cheaper than the other yogurt place in town, Incredible Yogurt. In the end, it's a great place to go for a treat with friends, family, or your special someone. Not the best frozen yogurt place in the world, but it's a really good one.

The ice cream was delicious! And they had a lot of toppings for a self-serve place. Its a bit costly.

Walking in is like walking into a museum of sorts. Gas station memorabilia alongside coke memorabilia etc. has you stepping back in time. Housed in what looks like an old gas station, this place drips of nostalgia. Ordering at the counter before being seated, we were waited on by a cheerful young woman who didn't make us feel rushed. It had been five years since we had last been, so we needed a refresher course. We ordered the Cammack Cheesy Jalapeño Burger on Texas toast each. Husband had loaded tots with cheese and chili and I opted for a side of onion rings. My mom had the pulled pork on Texas toast and onion rings. Dad had the breaded tenderloin with sweet potato fries. The food was phenomenal. The onion rings were fresh and plentiful. The tots were delicious. The burger? Spicy and extremely tasty! Everything was perfect. The marshmallow cokes just added to it all. Yum! Husband had the peanut butter explosion for dessert. Frozen custard, softened peanut butter, Reese's Pieces and peanut butter cups topped with cream and a cherry. A must try. I chose the one scoop sundae with hot fudge and peanuts. Excellent. While this restaurant may be a little out of the way, it is most definitely worth the trip! Highly recommend!

I was told that pretty much everything is great here, and that's true. I ordered quite a few things, and I loved all of them. The Cammack Cheezy Jalapeno was what jumped out at me first (a burger with cream cheese, pepper jack cheese and jalapeños). It's not spicy at all, but it does have a nice kick. The cream cheese mellows things out, so it's a nice, flavorful burger. I also got the loaded cheese fries, because I couldn't help myself. The fries came topped with barbecue pork, but I could have chosen chili or bacon. But why would I have? Pulled pork is always the right choice. The fries were good and cheesy, and had a lot of pulled pork on them. This is the part of the review where I tell you that you need to order your food and sweet treats at separate counters. Because I didn't know that! I ordered a root beer float and a banana split from one counter, and they were waiting for me at another counter. I didn't know that sweet treats should be ordered and picked up at the ice cream counter, but now you know. You're welcome. This is diner food at its finest. Lots of fried things and malts and burgers and stuff. Definitely come for the food, because it's great. But also come for the decor and atmosphere. Cammack Station is like stepping back into the 1950s, in the best way.

It was mid afternoon and from what I could see one employee working. She was in the back when we walked in, and she didn't acknowledge us or anything. It was several minutes until she walked up to the register and stood there. Again, didn't acknowledge us or even look at us, I wasn't sure if she was ready to take our order or not, but I went up and ordered. She didn't say anything. Seemed to be completely annoyed that we were even there (we only ordered 2 cookies). She walked off to bag our order before I paid then handed me the cookies and walked to the back. I'm sure people have off days or maybe have some things going on, but at least acknowledging your customers and saying "hi"and/or "thank you" would be better for your business.

Insomnia hits the classics like snickerdoodle and chocolate chip. And they do it well. My personal fav is the mint chocolate chip. It is a chocolate based dough with a goodly amount of chip and mint. A warm and refreshing cookie for that afternoon work day break. Want to spice it up? Make it an ice cream sandwich with their decent selection of hand dipped ice cream. And get some cookies to take home. While they're a little pricey, no one will complain.
