I enjoyed their cookies. The creme brûlée was moist and a bit crumbly. I was expecting more of a visible creme filling, but the center was just softer and a little richer than the outer edges. I would give this place an a-okay! My friend and I were craving something sweet and got it for delivery. All the cookies were super fresh and sumptuous. The ube was a bit underwhelming and not very ube. The pumpkin was my favorite and had the perfect balance of squishy cookie with filling. I ordered delivery from here tonight. I ordered the crumb box jr which is three of their cookies. It included red velvet cream cheese cookie, peanut butter chocolate cookie, and Nutella sea salt chocolate chip cookie. Delivery was a little late. I called to check on my order and the gentleman on the phone was very nice and very helpful. The best is the Nutella sea salt cookie! Sea salt on top was the perfect amount. Nutella was nice and melty in the center. Chocolate chip cookie was soft and chewy. Yummm!! The red velvet cookie was also amazing!! Cream cheese filling was gooey and warm. Texture of cookie is similar to a brownie. Chocolatey and scrumptious. Definitely recommend this one. The peanut butter chocolate cookie was okay. Peanut butter in the center was thick. The cookie didn't taste super chocolatey. I wouldn't get this one again. My coworker said her two cookies weren't warm. Mine were luke warm. This is a scam ghost kitchen. They've completed some orders maybe to avoid looking like a scam but they don't actually have a location and they use their own driver so if you're on UberEats or Grubhub like I was you may find that they don't update the delivery so you can't file to get a refund... eventually it updated as complete even though I never received anything, but I was able to get a refund from UberEats. However, before that I called Crumb and they didn't answer. I didn't have an option to leave a voice message, but then they called back saying they saw they missed my call? Sounds like they were using a personal iPhone or something... but they claimed my order was 3 min away and now a day later nothing and they won't answer any calls. This is terrible. Ordered from here tonight with Grubhub. 40 minutes after Grubhub says it is out for delivery, nothing. So I called the place, no answer. I called a few times. After about ten more minutes, I called Grubhub, they had no idea what was wrong. Grubhub put me on hold for about ten minutes and finally got back with me and said the place was closed and no one answered for them either and so Grubhub cancelled the order and gave me a nice refund ($7.00 more than I paid). I have discovered that this is not really a cookie store, but rather it is something called "Orbital Kitchen" where they make food or just store it and deliver it, for ghost restaurants and places like Crumb Cookie. Anything at this address 74 Fifth Avenue is fake, that is it si not what you think it is. We are in the midst of a pandemic and these kind of places, ie... Orbital Kitchens and fake cookie stores are diverting our dollars away from real businesses that need our money to survive. I want to support real places. read more

Mindful of the three low star reviews preceding mine, all from earlier this month, I still decided to try an order through Grubhub. Ordered: - Velvet Cookie $4 - Chocolate Espresso Cookie $4 - Apple Pie $8 Delivery arrived within 20 minutes, warm and well-packaged. Chocolate Espresso cookie is crusty on the outside, with flowing liquid chocolate inside. Velvet cookie is coated with sugar crystals on the surface if you're a fan of that. I'm not, but the overall cookie was pleasant. No review for the Apple pie yet, saving that for later. Will be ordering again for a late night snack in the future. read more

Saw this cookie place on yelp, it had decent reviews and was open late so decided to try it out. Located inside Greenwich Social, although due to COVID the area was closed and you have to order online and pickup from the desk. oreo muffin cookie was extremely dry and crumbled quickly, we ended up throwing it away. Same with red velvet, there was cheesecake in the middle and I'm not sure how you go wrong with cheesecake but somehow they managed. Overall rating was 4/10. read more

We came from out of town and wanted to try this place because it opens late and we were craving something sweet. We got the Nutella salt, Matcha Hazelnut, and Red Velvet. They're some of the best tasting cookies we've had so far. We got them delivered to our hotel and the delivery so super quick and efficient as well! Cookies had potential but the cookies I received were definitely stale and at least a few days old. The peanut butter cookie I could still break with my hand but the matcha and nutella were hard as rocks. Very difficult to cut even with a knife.
