Cruisin isn't always my first choice for coffee shop in Anacortes but it delivered pretty well today. I usually got to Diedrich's or Whidbey Coffee cause they tend to make it strong like I like it. The Sugar-Free Vanilla was actually one of the better Sugar-Free coffee drinks I've ever had, but the Mocha was very average. Very kind staff and they got our coffees to us very quickly. read more

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I give these guys chance after chance to get our orders right and they just can't seem to. Maybe hire people who know what they're doing? Or maybe can just do the order that was said. I asked for a breakfast sandwich with no egg and ham. I got no ham and just egg. They burn my coffee most of the time and don't seem to care about the product they are putting out. Safe to say my crusin coffee days are most likely coming to an end. Doesn't even deserve a single star because lately this location has had bad service. I have gone multiple times in the last couple months and they keep getting my order wrong. The last time I went I ordered an Italian soda and what came was not an Italian soda. There was no cream and they got my flavor wrong. In the world of coffee, this was good. The lady serving me, extremely nice. But the food options were just very subpar as far as coffee places in Washington go. If you're looking for a healthy breakfast sandwich, you should skip. If you just need a cup of Joe, this is a good choice. read more

I love cruisin!!!! I actually used to work there, so maybe I'm bias, or maybe this gives me the best insight into everything to love about this place. I'll break it down, because there is so much goodness to be had here!! The sandwiches!!! Ahhhh!! Y'all. I ate one every day. Fresh sourdough, toasted with meat and all the fixings, it's to die for. The coffee, it's amazing. Cruisin has SO many drinks to choose from, which I know can be overwhelming. But what's amazing is how many are actually GOOD. If you're visiting you HAVE to have the cool coffee cream or the cool coffee cloud. Other cold drinks to try: mocha milkshake, strawberry lemonade, iced white chocolate americano. Hot drinks: white chocolate mocha (their WC is off the charts and you can't find it anywhere else), German chocolate mocha, white chocolate blueberry mocha, Irish cream latte. That's just the tip of the iceberg. But if you're visiting, DEFINITELY the cool coffee cream or cloud!!!! Scones are good, all the pastries are fresh from one of the island bakeries. The pumpkin muffin is a fall must have. I can't speak for the service. Since I worked there we are all friends and I didn't really get "the experience" of being a customer. But I do know we love our customers and get to know the regulars, not just their drinks but their stories as well. read more

This place is essentially a quik serve for food, not just coffee. My husband and I ordered half sandwiches and we shared a cream soda. The service was pretty fast, and the sandwiches were made fresh. He had a turkey sandwich and I had the veggie. Both were good. They didn't skimp on ingredients. They had like 50 different flavors for the cream soda. The baristas made a few recommendations and we chose from those (we were a little overwhelmed by the options in a good way). The staff were friendly and prompt, and they knew the menu well. 10/10 would go again. read more

It was sad to see there is only one review for such an amazing coffee establishment! I may be bias because I worked there when I was younger but honestly I know how amazing this place is being a customer! This place has everything you could think of! And the best part is how many choices there are for flavors, including sugar free! And don't even get me started on the Jet Teas.... YUM!!!! There are amazing options for adults and kids alike, and as long as they have the bread toaster not set too high, then the sandwiches come out great! There are a few locations in WA and I always get so stoked when I stumble upon a 24 hour one :P At this location in particular, I've never had a problem. The coffee isn't amazing, but the milkshakes are!!! My favorites are the peanut butter frozen mocha and the butterfinger milkshake. If I'm going to get a coffee from here, it would be a mocha. They make those pretty well. Service has never been bad for me. Last time I came here, the girl offered my dog a treat. The only time I've been there, the barista was extremely rude from beginning to end. Then yesterday, my coworkers went by there to get buy coffee for everyone working, thanks to our boss. My coworkers were extremely nice and tried to be pleasant because they knew that they were ordering so many drinks and told them to take their time, and they received horrible service. They said the barista was rude, and when they offered to give them a tip they got an ugly remark back, and when they asked for a receipt the barista practically tossed it at them. I'm sure that there are good people that work there, and I still like their coffee, but I will not be returning to this particular coffee stand. read more

Good drinks but bad snacks. I absolutely love their flavored red bulls and their coffee and they definitely make up for the wait. But if you order just a snack like a bagel, they'll take forever making it, and it'll end up all slopped together. The ladies are kind of rude there, though. read more
