It would be better to close if there is not sufficient staffing on a weekend, and Labor Day weekend at that. The ill will is harder to recover from than a day of sales. It took 30 minutes to get two burritos and one drip coffee to go. On the burrito note, they were about 25%-30% larger at the onset and are more tortilla than stuffing now. You have to continue to offer a valuable product or people will just stop coming. I really want you to succeed from a local. But staffing and product needs to be set to a standard. Some people walked out today while we were waiting because the wait was just too long.

She was very clearly upset that we arrived at the time we did but I don't think that warrants that treatment when we arrived with nothing but understanding and respect. Continuing on, we ordered Lotus drinks instead but as our interaction continued she constantly sighed, rolled her eyes, and told me to speak up several times when I was damn near yelling already. The treatment we received was completely unacceptable and respectfully we will not be returning but I hope Alexis learns something from this interaction. I as well used to work at a small owned coffee shop and let me just add that the owner never allowed me to clean the espresso machine before closing. The coffee shop closes at 7pm not 6:50pm. The only place that it makes sense is at restaurants. But regardless, go to Whidbey coffee instead !!

They're also super friendly and more than willing to make sure that you are happy with your food and drinks. It's primarily a drive-through coffee shop, which seems to be the norm around this part of the country (and thus a novelty to this South Floridian), but they are adequately equipped to handle the casual coffee drinker on foot with ceramic mugs and plates. Sure, it's not a Starbucks interior, but the coffee is well worth the lack of high end design. They also have drinks and 8 ice cream options. If you pay with cash, you don't get charged the service fee (3.70%). - Blueberry fritter ($3.29 USD) - second time I've found a place that does blueberry fritters.
