We talked about crown moulding to sports to life in general. Very personable. If I cant have a convo with you when first meeting you. Im not looking to do business. He passed my first test. Quote: After talking on the phone we scheduled a date (few days later for him to come by. He arrived with a HUGE book of photos of the work he has done. Would have taken forever to go through it so I chose the 1st pic he recommended and went with 4-6" throughout the house. Pricing: Very responable I felt. He worked hard and was very efficent. Service: I first got a quote on my living room/kitchen because I wanted to cover up wiring from a audio/theater installation (see pics - 11/17). I got the rest of the house just finished (5/18). 11/17 he came by himself and completed my living room/kitchen in just a couple hours. On 5/18 he brought a helper (Kyle - another great guy) to help finish the house) Took well UNDER his estimate by at least a couple hours. They were friendly, professional and very efficient (even though I kept bothering them by talking to them) House came out awesome. The crown moulding really adds so much VALUE to the house. Looks soo much more elegant. I advise go with the thicker molding 4-6" you wont regrer it. Looks soo nice, I get compliments all the time. Adds value and class to the house. I shared some photos of where I wanted crown moulding installed with Daniel through Yelp, and he was able to give me a rough estimate right away online. He was booked for a couple weeks, but we scheduled a date in the future. He showed up as scheduled, confirmed the estimate and finished the job in about 5 hours by himself. The job turned out great! No seams are visible, and it really makes the house look more elegant. Highly recommend. The crown moulding material he uses is a foam material that is much lighter and easier to work with than wood or MDF, but once installed and painted, you can't even tell that it's not wood. Daniel had installed crown moulding throughout my entire house save for the bedrooms when we first moved in, although I had some additional areas that I wanted to work on slowly. He had done such an excellent job, but I had lost contact with the original installer, and it was just by chance that I had contacted Daniel and he recognized via photographs and then further questions that he was, indeed, the original installer. At that point I knew that we were going to be giving him our business because the quality of his work is so high. The attention to detail is impeccable. I had crown moulding installed in my bedroom and I also had three windows cased, and wanted at the last moment to have an additional window to also be framed, but he didn't bring enough material with him, so we are patiently awaiting his next available opening as we would like to give him our business because he does such high quality work. There were no hidden costs or anything of that nature and he provided the price to be paid before he stepped foot into the house, he worked diligently the entire time I was home doing my own thing, he was courteous, and he was careful of furniture in the bedroom.
