Real food. Real people. Real good. I highly recommend The Jack Frost, an amazing sandwich made with deboned ribs and smoked Gouda pimento cheese, plus a side of slaw. All the flavors are perfect together with the vinegar-based sauce. Co-owner Mason kindly offered a tour of the impressive smokers out back. Wish I lived nearby so I could visit often.

Going down that long lonesome highway. Bound for a mountain of "Q" and Stew. Sure, ain't nothing here going to tie me. And I got some memories I'd like to taste again. Unfortunately, Crowe's Open Air BBQ isn't one of them. Experience has taught me that pre-sauced Pork Sandwiches aren't generally a good sign. Plus, I suspect the Baked Beans weren't. And while the Potato Salad was fair, the Brunswick Stew was a little on the watery side.

Jack Frost. Brunswick stew. Potato salad. Fried cabbage. Beans. Pork sandwich.

Definitely recommend! The Jack Frost sandwich with pimento cheese was melt in your mouth amazing! Loved the smoked cabbage. Brunswick strew was good. Will be returning!!

Never had anything from here I didn't like. Little pricy for my taste but definitely worth it! It's a weekly stop when I'm in town.

A nice, concise menu. We gave it a good perusal and started with a couple appetizers. Their Fried Chicken Potstickers and the Baked Feta with pita bread. The potstickers were very good, a nice sear and a flavorful filling. The Baked feta was exceptionally good. Done old school, wrapped in foil with a little evoo and sliced tomato then baked until the feta was almost melting. So delicious and flavorful. It was a great appetizer and it reminded me of my days in Italy decades ago. I saw it on the nightly specials board walking in and went for their Ahi Tuna evenings special. It was beautifully prepared, seared to near perfect and just a delicious wondeful meal. Tender, succulent Ahi sliced. We had a great evening dining here with kind professional staff, a solid menu and a comfortable environment in which to enjoy it all 4.5 Stars rounded up for our server and host 01287

Reservations at 8, right on time. Walked in seated right away by the hostess. The standard server will be with you shortly here are your menus. Our waitress Summer had the timing down. Just as we figured out what we wanted from the drink menu she arrived. An old fashioned is our go to so two Seasonal Old Fashioned to start. We also ordered the baked Feta for appetizer. The interior is warm and open. Tables and chairs have plenty of room We sat overlooking the bar area (the bar is at a lower level). Only thing I would change is sitting at a table vs a High top. Drinks and appetizer arrived promptly. The baked feta was so good warm and creamy, tomatoes and seasoning provided depth. Summer provided the specials of the day as well as her thoughts on various entree. My wife originally was looking at a pasta w shrimp. Summer brought to our attention the pork chop - she said I know you think of how good can a pork chop be but ours is really amazing. So my wife changed her mind and went with the pork chop. I elected for the Red Fish atop orzo. Entrees arrived and wow they looked perfect. That pork chop was thick, nice crisp sear topped with apples ( sautéed perfectly not soggy). My red fish was well seasoned and tasted great. What amazed me was the spinach and tomato orzo! So creamy and subtle it complimented the fish so well. You can't have a Birthday without desert. Again Summer provided great recommendations and insights. Salted Caramel cheesecake for the birthday girl and I had the crème brûlée cheesecake cake. Both were very good not too dense and not fluff. The flavors were not overpowering so you enjoy the flies well as the taste of cheesecake. Price was what I expected, it's not bar food , priced appropriately. Remember I said reservations were at 8 ? They close at 9 and not once did we feel rushed. The staff, especially Summer treated us like the first customer of the evening. My wife digs the whole singing happy birthday , the dessert had the happy birthday message and Summer discreetly asked if she would like the happy Birthday song. They did, and looked like they had fun doing it. Awesome place we will definitely go back!

Rather than try getting through the city and driving too much after dark, we opted to stop here for the night. "For the night?" you might ask? Yes, Cracker Barrel allows RVers to use their parking area for overnight parking with the polite request that if you're having a meal, you do so with them. In the morning, we slept late and decided that yes, some French Toast here before heading into Atlanta would be a good idea. We were through the door just after they opened at 7am and were immediately seated. Our food order did not take long at all. French Toast for Mrs. K. Biscuits and gravy and two basted eggs for me with sausage patties. Delicious, filling and no, not keto compliant but I'm on vacation. We were out and on the way before 7:45 with full tummies and that lasted a good while. Hooray for Cracker Barrel! [Review 469 of 2026 - 956 in Georgia - 25652 overall]

We ate at this location during a trip and it was pretty disappointing. Took quite a while to get our food, but I could've lived with that had the food not been so questionable. I was served "scrambled eggs" in a configuration I have never before encountered in my life. I can only describe them as a fried egg that was stirred around a little bit while cooking. I'm not even sure how you get hired to cook at a Cracker Barrel if that's what you think scrambled eggs are. Then, I found a hair in my fried apples. My husband said his hash brown casserole tasted strange and left a strange taste in his mouth. It was just overall a disappointing experience at one of our favorite and usually reliable chains.
