Employees never acknowledged us at the drive-thru or the drive-thru windows. At least 4 cars behind us did the same. Workers looked at us but never came over to apologize for a wait, take an order, etc. This occurred at 7:45 on a Monday night with few customers in the store so they were not busy. Do better McDonalds. I would give it zero stars if I could. read more

Oh lord, where to start with shittiest McDonald's in Georgia. Think of the ground that covers. I travel for work and while I commend the owners for hiring the mentally handicapped, maybe get some people in there who know how to run shifts, help with coverage, etc. Get to the drive thru, which has the 2 lanes. Despite me pulling up to the empty one, 3 cars in the other lane ordered and they started taking the 4th cars order till I said I've been here waiting. Then they always pull you forward cause two value meals is too much for these off-brand dildos to handle and they don't want bad drive thru times. If they had drive thru runners worth a shit, that wouldn't be necessary. And notice I didn't say they ask you to pull forward, they tell you. The staff training here absolutely sucks. They're rude and pedantic and obviously there is no adherence to a dress code or any standard of service. I know it's shit food with great marketing behind it and so I don't expect much, but holy shit. The service at this McDonald's sucks. I ordered at the kiosk and paid. I was instructed to grab a table tent and have a seat and that my order would be brought out to my table. Well, 25 minutes later I went to the counter to check on my order. They said they had to remake it because it got thrown away when I didn't come get it. The door had posted they were closing at 8:00 & a very uneducated, unprofessional & disrespectful manager made everyone in the restaurant leave at 7:00 because she decided to close the doors early due to her drive home. Paying customers that just got their order were asked to get up leave & when they were trying to finish theirs meal she said I guess you don't understand English & made very racist comments. Came in to order while traveling and I always order at the kiosk because I just like to. But a kid probably 15 or 16 came in and walked to the counter and the MANAGER said "use the kiosk" and the kid said "I don't know how to use it" and the manager immediately got an attitude and walked away from the kid yelling "I don't got time for you I'm short staffed" and continuing to mumble under his breath and left the kid just standing there. 3.5 stars in my opinion. Clean restaurant inside with plenty of tables. It was a little noisy in the back as employees called out food requests. Staff was pleasant. Food was ready fast; typical tasty McD's food (their fries are the best). They call you back to the counter to get your food; no table delivery here. This adds to the noise level and reminds you constantly you're in a fast food joint. Nice above-average McD's with food as expected. read more

The staff is very rude and don't give good service. All we asked was for some ketchup and it looked like that upset them because apparently the ketchup tray is too far for them!! And I've come to this particular McDonald a few times and they don't seem to ever clean the tables. read more

The service at this McDonalds was really bad. First, we were in the second drive-thru lane and sat there for a long time while they just continued taking orders of people who kept pulling up after us. We said "hello" and nobody answered, but right as we started leaving someone took our order. The second issue was the girl working the register. We said hello to her, no answer. We said thank you when she handed our drinks, no answer AND a dirty look. When she handed the bag to us we asked if that was it and she gave us a look and then shut the window. Welp...I guess we shoulda known when we saw parking spaces for drive through customers that this was gonna be a trip-delaying process. To start with the positive, the bathroom was relatively clean (hence the two stars, rather than one). Howsomever... We rolled up for a "sit down potty break", and to grab a couple drinks and some fries. In the amount of time it took for said potty break, the line had moved by one person, even though they looked to be completely overstaffed. The drive through crawled equally slowly (reference them special parking spots, y'all...) No fries prepped for faster turn around. Same dude cleaning the same small area by the door for 15 minutes. Same as Becca T., took half an hour for drinks and fries. Go potty further down the strip. read more

As a customer that has been going to fast food in Madison for years, this is by far the worst place I've ever been. I myself have had many mishaps and meals that were incorrect, but today was by far the worst. I was a courier for DoorDash and as soon as I arrived the place was busy as usual for a lunch rush. The lady working the front was very rude to me, when I told her I'm in no rush because she was being rushed by others before me then she proceeded to get an attitude with me. I asked if the items were in the bag and she told me yes. After completing the order the customer messaged me and said that 4 out of the 6 items were missing. Customers that were in line while I was waiting for my order were coming back in because the food they had was wrong. I should have known from the beginning that this place was going to be a disaster from the start. I have never felt so disappointed and regretful of delivering an order to a customer in my life. I personally think all workers should be fired and place should be shut down until they find new management. read more

Stopped in McDonald's in Madison, Ga. 1:00pm. First, women's bathroom was filthy . One toilet did not flush and found loaded. Could not wash my hands because water would not run from either sinks. I'm not a huge fast-food fan, but when you're on the highway there are limited options. On I-20 East between Atlanta and Augusta, this McDonald's is located at the Madison exit... Because this is roughly the halfway point between the two cities, this exit is usually very busy and has multiple fast food/gas station options. We really wanted a bite to eat but happened to arrive at just about the time most places stop serving breakfast and start serving lunch. As this McDonald's is literally the first restaurant at the exit ramp, we decided to pop in to see if we could snag a biscuit. The restaurant has a (relatively) recently refreshed/updated interior and decor and was fairly neat and tidy. Although our arrival wasn't during a normal breakfast or lunch time, the place was still quite busy. The lines were long (inside and at the drive through) and, unfortunately, didn't move very quickly. Service was adequate, but the staff at the counters - while friendly enough - weren't stepping it up to get the customers served. The physical layout of the restaurant is awkward, resulting in a tangle of customers - those who were trying to queue up to place an order and those trying to queue up to wait for their order. Our experience wasn't bad, nor was it great. It was just adequate. Because this McDonald's is the first restaurant at this exit, it was convenience rather than choice that caused us to stop. If you're a fan of Mickey D's, then it's as good as most. If you're not a huge fan, there's nothing here to change your mind. read more

Great service. Food was hot and fresh. Even the fries. Restaurant was clean, including the bathroom. Very pleased.

We waited for over 20 minutes for our food, and the food was cold when we finally got it. All we ordered was two happy meals. Not one car got their food at the window. There were 3 "reserve for food" parking spots all with cars already in them so we just had to pull up. Two people came up and asked us what we ordered during that 20 minutes. Finally, our food was brought out cold. The girl at the window that took our order was not very nice at all, but the guy who finally brought our food to us was.
