I don't usually go to Starbucks but I did today because I had a gift card and needed breakfast. I ordered a sandwich without egg and guess what - I received it with egg. Inside Ingels. Open the same hours as the store. The employees are always friendly! Being a smaller outlet they have limited items. Listening to our particular order and getting right is no challenge to them! Definitely the best local place to get a good chai tea and Refreshers! read more

This Starbucks charges the same prices as all others. Not sure what the other reviewer was speaking about. Also (per the other reviewer) I assume the store had issues finding employees....just like every other business for the past 2 years. Zaxbys dining room was closed for over a year due to employee shortages. Therefore it took a long time to fully open. I'm just glad it's here! I've always experienced good service and it is very clean! Especially compared to the filthy Steak and Shake that was there previously. read more

been open only a short while and was looking forward to a visit while in town. First the lobby was closed in the middle of the day. Parking lot was covered with trash, sad, I expected better from Starbucks. Had planned on enjoying my latte sitting down "inside" and having a relaxing break, not today. I still went through drive-through and drank my latte while driving home. Starting off I would like to say that I love Starbucks... That being said this particular location does not hold up to the Starbucks standard. When I used to go the baristas were always nice, respectful and very helpful. But here recently the attitude of the entire place has changed. The manager is very rude. The employees don't know how to make the drinks plus they talk down to you. It's sad to see what used to be such a nice place end up like that. Poor quality drink and bad service. read more

The manager is rude and condescending. I went in the day after Christmas and ordered a Venti Iced White Chocolate Mocha with light ice and no whip cream. The Starbucks manager proceeded to ring me up and I noticed she had a smirk on her face. I looked at the screen and noticed the price of the mocha was $5.25 and lemonade was $.60. Confused I said I didn't ask for lemonade I asked for light ice. She said it's a .60 charge for light ice. The whole time she had a weird smirk on her face. I couldn't believe it. I have been a Starbucks customer for many years and I have NEVER been charged extra for light ice! Ridiculous! I will never go back. read more

Staff is rude. They overcharge for drinks then argue about the price. Shouldn't all stores operate in the same capacity and charge about the same for drinks? Nope, not here. It's about $2 extra for the drink I always get. I've spoken with multiple managers and corporate about this issue. Not happy with this location. read more
