This guy came and said that we needed to clean the carb again and upsold me on a "tune up". Before he left, I could tell the mower still wasn't running right, but it was getting dark and I kind of wanted him to leave. The next day I started the mower and it did the same exact thing. I called him and he said he would come back out to re-clean the carburetor again. It was apparent to me that it wasn't a dirty carburetor that was causing the problem, but more likely an issue with the governor or something, but he dismissed this. I wasn't at home this time when he came, but my wife was and he supposedly cleaned the carburetor for a second time and left. The mower still did the same exact thing it did before after I spent over $400 with this guy. I called the guy back, but he was rude and dismissive and I just didn't feel like dealing with him. This was a year and a half to 2 years ago. The mower still sits in my shed and I haven't been able to use it since. I would say not to call this guy but in retrospect, he's the only mobile lawnmower repair guy that would call me back. I've called three people this season and no one will return my phone call. I guess all I can say is good luck out there.

I will not be going back…read more Dropped my weed eater off to see why it wasn't running. No one called with an estimate, only that it was completed. It cost $127. Had they given me the estimate I would not have paid that much to repair a machine that old. However, I figured, if it was running, that was okay. Got it home. It would run for 15 minutes or so before it died. I took it back and they thought the carburetor they put on it was defective, so they ordered a new one and switched it out at no extra charge. Got it home. Same problem. I called back and they now think its the rings. I explained that it was a little frustrating having to bring it back a third time and offered to just pay them for the parts they had already used and have them refund me the rest. I felt that this was a fair settlement since they were having difficulty diagnosing the problem. They were only interested in racking up more repairs for more money, or using what I paid toward a new one. However, at this point, I didn't feel they had earned my business enough to give them any more money. Asking someone to bring their equipment in a third time should be an embarrassment and more than an incentive to make the situation right. I was surprised that a local company that has been in business for so long had so little interest in making sure that a customer walked away satisfied. Some people have reported that the staff was rude, but I did not experience any of that.

My 87 year old dad went in to have his edger repaired. When he picked up his edger a few days later, he paid and was given his receipts and left. When he got home he looked at the receipt which was incorrect. A couple days later he went back questioning the receipt. The person he dealt with was unkind and rude per my dad. The worker said, "I don't work for nothing, ya know". Was that remark necessary? Absolutely not. My dad got the correct invoice printed and went on his way, never to return. (Later we realized they had just attached someone else's the work order/invoice to his Credit card receipt.) So they did fix his edger and it is working properly. But I would never give my business to people who disrespect an old man. No excuse. Apparently, they have been in business for a long time and don't care if they have repeat customers or not. If you want to be treated like crap, go to see these people.

After keeping my mowers for three weeks and charging me around $700, nothing works after using them three times. They charged for all kinds of unnecessary work like blades, belts, and oil, which were not needed. The one-month warranty expired after only one or two uses. The very next day after picking up my Honda mower, the self-propelling feature stopped working. Mike told me they couldn't fix it and that I would have to take it to a Honda dealership. I'm out $700, and I will not be going back to these people. Do not use them; they are crooks.

I took my car to the Kia and they couldn't find anything wrong. It turns out the battery ground was loose, I needed spark plugs and the control module was dirty. Rodney Ferguson did the repairs and the car is running better. Now, Kia check the battery so why didn't they realize that the battery ground was loose???
