This company came highly recommended by the small company that takes care of my heating and air…read moreconditioning. I needed a whole-house water shut-off system (my insurance company decided require it!) and also needed to get my noisy steam shower made quiet. The boom-boom as it turned on and off was really bad. I researched the water shut-off system based on three systems that were certified by my insurance company. I chose one, and then went to these guys to get an install price. They agreed to do it for what seemed like a fair price, and to try to take care of the steam shower. They learned they had to become a dealer for the shut-off, and did so. Then ... they showed up on time, worked quickly and neatly, completed the work, CLEANED UP, showed me how the system worked, and left. (It has been ages since a plumber, electrician, etc. actually cleaned up all the saw dust, solder droppings, etc.) The work was perfect! They met all their time commitments and were easy to work with even on this unusual project. And they were very nice people. They will get all my future business!

John and Slim arrived promptly for a free quote and were the nicest guys ever. They spent a good deal of time looking at our lot to figure out what would be the best way to position the work in order to adhere to the requirements of the permit, while avoiding taking down as many trees as possible, and avoid disrupting things like the fence we already had installed, etc. They are clearly "big picture" guys who are obviously customer-focused. I can't tell you how different of an experience this was from their competition. Nobody else who came out to give us a quote bothered to look at things from this angle. Nobody else listened to me when I told them I was really concerned about taking out trees. Everybody else gave me the "well this is how it is, little lady" attitude. But John and Slim were all about instantly finding a solution that incorporated my needs. Their ability to work is largely dependent on the weather, because the state has restrictions on them: They can't work if it rains. I was flexible, as this wasn't an emergency job. Yet, they very much kept me informed of their status. Their level of communication was amazing and I truly appreciated this. I can't tell you how many times we have had contractors literally just show up on our doorstep unannounced - or ghost us. But John and Slim were amazing. We were always informed. It was great. Their pricing was unbelievable. John and Slim are the type of businessmen I want to deal with everyday of the week and twice on Sundays. They were fair, transparent, and honest. And their word is their bond. They gave me a quote, with the caveat that when they got in there, if it took them longer than anticipated, it might be X higher. They stuck to their word. We will hire Septic Solutions of Oconee to do all of our septic maintenance without question. And we will tell everyone we know to not bother looking anywhere else. Septic Solutions of Oconee is the only one you need. Side note: The State of Georgia provides a list of all of the LICENSED CONTRACTORS in Georgia for septic installation/repair work. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that if you A) want the job done right and B) want your permitting process to go smoothly, you need to hire someone who is licensed by the state. However, if you want lots of headaches, huge delays, and want to spend a lot more money... then you should absolutely hire someone who is not licensed. It's really that simple. Septic Solutions of Oconee is licensed. They are on the State of Georgia's list under Oconee County and are licensed to service any county in Georgia.

He used a base of plastic garbage bag and 1 bag of concrete for both sides which was inadequate. I called him back a few days later because both sides was filled to capacity. He told me it was bacause my field lines has failed and that the tank filled up due to water coming from my home. Which is crap because it did rain the day after install and we could never use 1k gallons of water in space of a few days and does not reflect on my water bill either. Also the main reason he came back was because we could not remove the riser tops because he got concrete in the screws in which he wasn't able to remove either. The solution he offered me was that we could bail the water out ourselves into the empty lot next to our home and he can replace the feild lines for $6k. Damn crook! And terrible customer service I called another company who came out and pumped my tank again and pressure jetted my lines and said that it was only a clog in my field line and there is no failure and if it was it would be $3500 to change my field lines Look at God!
