I called Flush Pro to get a contractor to dig my septic tank and install a riser. I left all the pertinent information. The next thing I got was a phone call expected. They asked the same information again. I provided it. Then I got another phone call from someone who did not understand English or could not understand my request. I tried to ask her questions if she was a contractor and could understand my request details. She kept asking for the same questions. I told her to have a licensed contractor call me. I never got a contractor for septic tank work. I dont believe the employees or the people taking calls really understand requests for work with details or English language. Very poor service for this advertised service provider. I would provide no stars if it were possible. read more

Jeff and Jake were contacted as a result of combing through several plumbing companies customer reviews. The reviews were on point, and so were they. They replaced and install a new pump for my septic tank which had unfortunately "passed away". We had the "funeral for the old one on yesterday 12/04/2023. May that pump "rest in peace." They came out and administered an awesome "surgical procedure" on my system. They were very easy to talk with, and provided information and guidance on what they were doing. I tell you, these guys get my highest recommendation. They were truly a God send. They are truly, "# 1 in the #2 business!" Jake called to let us know what time they were coming and called again to let us know they were delayed on a job. They answer all questions and are honest. EXTREMELY pleased with the service AND price received from Jake and FlushPro. Jake was very easy to get in touch with from day one and explained their pricing and service over the phone (and reassured me concerning what all was included and that there wouldn't be "additional fees" for extra hose segments, uncovering/covering the tank, or excessive sludge as there are with many contractors out there). We had a couple of scheduling issues after he was caught longer than expected on an emergency call on our initial service date and then encountered a mechanical issue with his truck on the second date, but..........THEY ARE WORTH THE WAIT. No one you talk to will beat their price and I would wager that there are very few who will match the service. I couldn't be there on the actual service date, but Jake kept me updated by phone and also covered everything with my father-in-law who met them at the house. We just purchased the home and knew from the disclosure that the tank had not been serviced since the house had been built...some 18 YEARS! I fully expected there would be some damage or other costly repairs needed after so much time, but Jake explained that everything looked good and only suspected that the filter on the other side of the tank might be a bit clogged based on evidence that the water level had risen above where it should have been at some point in time. He told me it would be $100 extra to uncover the other side and clean the filter (which is still a GREAT deal considering his price for pumping is $295). When they uncovered it, they discovered it was a baffled tank and had no filter to clean. The reason for the elevated water level in the tank was most likely a dip in the back yard over the lines which caused over-saturation in heavy rain. Fully expecting that he would need to charge for at least uncovering the other side of the tank, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that he did not. Still just the flat $295. I'd have gladly paid him extra for the work done, but he wouldn't take it. That is customer service you don't see much anymore and it's exactly why I will be recommending Jake and FlushPro (as will my father-in-law who was pretty surprised to see that their fee was exactly what they quoted me) to anyone needing septic service in the future. You guys are to be commended for your honesty, customer service, and quality of work and I can't thank you enough for making the whole process (which I was at least mildly dreading.....18 YEARS!?!?) super easy and painless. Don't change a thing and you'll have my business for a long time. read more
