They showed up to the wrong house, knocked, and when no one answered, they left--despite having the correct address on file. They mentioned seeing a red car in the driveway (which belonged to our neighbor), but didn't verify they were at the right home. We were inside the correct house moving in and didn't see their call at the time. When we followed up, they blamed us for not answering and said they were already across town. We explained we had movers scheduled in two days and needed to stay on track, but they refused to return that day or come the next. No effort was made to make things right, and we were left in a bind. For a company named "The Honest Guys," the professionalism and accountability were lacking. We wouldn't recommend them.
