Hello, yes sir we do. Can you please confirm the service address so I can let you know if it's within our service radius? Thanks.

    Do you service Dawsonville area?

No sir. Unfortunately, we do not service that area but are trying our best to do so because we have a lot of customers in that area asking about service. The main problem is finding anyone who is reputable to do the work for you and trustworthy. I… Read more

Since then my small business has suffered due to my equipment not being properly repaired. My generator has saw this shop 4 or 5 times since November. I am the owner of a small mobile detailing business here in Roswell. The real Lawnmower man has has caused my business to suffer plus its extremely embarrassing to book jobs then have to refund customers due to my equipment that was supposed to be repair failing to start or perform as it should...This has happened so many times that I had to start showing my customers my invoice/video of me arrive to drop off equipment)of the service or repairs I had done. I run a very well and organized business I don't like to be lied to and I know my customers don,t like to book a service then have to be told at the time of there appointment that services can't be rendered is terrible for both parties. Jeff has my equipment at his shop now going on a week or so I was told it need ignition switch this time. I will see the out comes when i arrive to pick it up Monday..

My son suffered a stroke and no longer able to use his Honda ATV nor his Craftsman riding lawnmower so we called Jeff and he cleaned them both up and fixed what needed to be fixed for a very reasonable price and thanks to Jeff we were able to sell them right away. By the way, he came to our home, loaded them on his trailer and brought them back to us. If you ever need a small engine repairman - Jeff is definitely the best we have ever used.

We had two lawn mowers that we were hoping to get repaired so we brought over one after speaking with a very nice younger gentleman on the phone. He walked me through the process and I explained that the mower deck was getting caught and need repair. We had taken the deck off so we could view it better and I had asked the gentleman on the phone if they would like it put back on before bringing it over. He replied no, it'd be easier off. So we brought all the clips and screws for it so they had all the parts. Two weeks after we dropped it off, I called to get a status on it and another man picked up and gave me the run around that if I didn't have two weeks to wait for it, then I shouldn't have dropped it off. That was fine, it was still early compared to other places. I was just going off the time frame someone else said to me. He then mentioned he should get a chance to look at it in the next week. Alright, fine. After four weeks, I called again, and alas, was told that he had not looked at it because he spends 90% of his day on the phone and can never get to working on any lawn mowers. He then mentioned he'd get look at it the next week. Finally after 6 weeks, I called and he still mentioned that he hadn't looked it and kept mentioning that us bringing it in "pieces" made it harder for him after we had asked if they'd rather us put it back together. He once again mentioned spending more time on the phone than being able to work on the motors. I finally just said I didn't want to be rude, but that we would be coming to pick it up. At this point, the man was blatantly rude stating that I was more than welcome to pick it up and wait 9 weeks somewhere else, then hung up on me. I read the reviews before coming here, they say he does good work and has fair prices, and I don't have anything against that, I am sure he does fine work. However, the customer service of the business is disorganized and rude.

When I was looking for a tractor, I didn't hit Yelp up to help me decide which dealer to purchase from. With a purchase like a tractor, you visit the locations and meet the people behind the scenes. This value is not lost in this portion of the world, and please don't lose it. I had visited all of the local Kubota dealers during the Virus shutdown in hopes of finding a deal, which can be had if you come prepared with exactly what you want, and don't act like a pretentious a*hole. Under no circumstances did any of the other local orange dealers treat me poorly, and I doubt they would even still, but this Mason Tractor location (and I've been to almost all of them) is head and neck above what else is out there. The sales staff was patient with me during the virus crap, and I reciprocated because the whole scenario was new to all of us. Regardless, this location stuck to their guns, and treated me like a valued customer well before plunking down the money. I won't mention any names specifically, but my sales rep went so far out of the box to make my deal happen, that he is to be commended. I have that person's personal contact information and have thanked him multiple times for how I was handled. Again, Yelpers aren't the target demographic for a typical customer, and I imagine that won't change much. I find it hard to believe that they would do ANTHING deserving of one star. I will be back to purchase more implements, accessories, and service in the future. Thank you to everyone that made my experience so smooth.

We took the mower in 3 weeks 4 days ago. We ask if we could schedule bringing it so that we did not have to leave it for a long period because we did need the mower with cutting season upon us. I called often to check on the progress of the mower and even stopped by at one point to check on it. We were called and told what the problem was and told they could start work on it right away and how much it would cost. We told them it was warranty work and we were told that it would need to be checked and they would get back with us. we did tell them it was under warranty when we dropped off the mower. Then the process began to get that approved. the warranty work was approved then we were told they did not know when it would be completed because the part was on back order. We did continue to call and check the progress on the mower. We finally picked the mower up today. We were not treated pleasantly at all at pick up. we were not given any paperwork or a thank you, the same rudeness we were greeted with each time we called. yes, we called 2 times A Week to check progress, yes, maybe that was too much but only once, the first time with the diagnosis and price were we called with an update. I am positive in owning our on business that customer service means something. It should actually come first. Not at this location. Customer service was lacking completely. Hope this helps for someone thinking of using this location. Don't try it find somewhere different.
