The only problem I had were the locks that were attached on the pin to hold the chute. I spent about an hour trying to take those things off then gave up. So, I took the chute to them. They had it removed within 3-4 minutes and only charged me $5.00. Hell I would have even paid $10 so I could finish putting my dual bagger on my Poulan Pro. The little job I had was quick and fast. For anything small, I'll take it to them. However when it comes time to service my tractor, I already have a company that comes out to my house and performs the service without having to bring my equipment to them. In some cases, some companies may have your equipment anywhere from a week to 6 weeks. I don't know this company's policy on equipment repair so I can't speak on that.
