Worst experience in well over 30 years of my life. DO NOT TAKE YOUR MOWER THERE!…read more $178 for a mower tune up. They disconnected the self -propelled function and did not tell me -- I found out when I tried to mow the lawn. Called to tell them that they forgot to attach it again and was told that it needed a transmission and that would run more than the mower originally cost. Neighbor who repairs mowers found a broken belt as the only problem. Took it back. Was told the guy who worked on it didn't work there anymore. Young guy swore they would only charge materials to rectify their mistake. Left it with them again. 5 weeks later it is done. Went to pick it up and Whoa! $82.50 to rectify their poor workmanship? Yes. Older gentleman was mansplaining and talking over me when I was explaining the chain of events. He called his technician in and the same happened. Said I had authorized removing the gears for the self - propelled function and they needed to be replaced. WHAT? No! I did not. So instead of $8 for a belt, I was charged $82.50 with parts at no cost but to pay for an hour of the tech's time. Calmly told them that that was not how the events came to pass and older gentleman said that the tech said it was. So now we have a "he said, she said" situation going 2 against one, with the 2 lying or deluded. I sensed a real chauvinist vibe in that encounter. There was no "winning" the argument - to have them admit they were wrong. I paid and left with tears of frustration in my eyes.

I don't know whether they can actually do the job or not, as they never finished either of two jobs…read morefor me. Both were non-running chainsaws. Each time they collected their $35 bench fee and said they would call in a few weeks; however, I had to make multiple calls and visits to get a response. They eventually said they couldn't fix the first one--but asked if they could keep it for parts. The second time I was told 4-6 weeks. After not hearing anything for two months, I came to collect it, again forfeiting the bench fee. So they got $70 out of me for doing absolutely nothing. (I then found an establishment who fixed it in 2 weeks.) But wait, there's more. The owner is a veteran and displays flags of the various branches. As a vet myself, I respect that. But in conversation about my experience he made abundantly clear that he felt *his* service was far superior to mine--despite his having no idea what I had done. What he did was honorable and dangerous and saved lives, and I respect that. But I have never met anyone so arrogant about it, either. I should have offered to sell them the dead unit for the $35 they charged me. And I should have demanded a refund for the second, since they never even looked at my saw. But I wasn't going to risk a confrontation with the man. (And I despise having to give even 1 star to publish this, since I would give negative points if possible.) My take? Proceed at your own risk.

Since then my small business has suffered due to my equipment not being properly repaired. My generator has saw this shop 4 or 5 times since November. I am the owner of a small mobile detailing business here in Roswell. I run a very well and organized business I don't like to be lied to and I know my customers don,t like to book a service then have to be told at the time of there appointment that services can't be rendered is terrible for both parties. My son suffered a stroke and no longer able to use his Honda ATV nor his Craftsman riding lawnmower so we called Jeff and he cleaned them both up and fixed what needed to be fixed for a very reasonable price and thanks to Jeff we were able to sell them right away. By the way, he came to our home, loaded them on his trailer and brought them back to us. If you ever need a small engine repairman - Jeff is definitely the best we have ever used.
