This is the WORST small engine shop I've ever dealt with. Dropped off a piece of equipment for…read morerepair, was told 3-5 days, well, a week passed. I called and was told it would be another week, and he would call me when it was ready, that he was "waiting on the part because echo doesn't like him". Well, THREE weeks passed, and I finally called and he said it STILL wasn't ready, said should be the next day. Next day I go to the store in person, and they didn't even know where my piece of equipment was. They finally found it, and it wasn't ready, so they said tomorrow once again. I informed them I would Be there the next day, and if it wasn't ready, I was taking it with me. Went back the next day, and it was ready, to the time of over $100 for a simple repair. No discount whatsoever for their tremendous levels of unprofessionalism. Then the best part, got it home, and fired it up, and it wouldn't stay running, had to take it to another engine repair shop.
