Exmark Mower warranty work.... We took a mower in for repair. (disclaime) we did not purchase the mower at Mason. We have previously purchased a mower from Mason but not this Mower. We took the mower in 3 weeks 4 days ago. We ask if we could schedule bringing it so that we did not have to leave it for a long period because we did need the mower with cutting season upon us. I called often to check on the progress of the mower and even stopped by at one point to check on it. We were called and told what the problem was and told they could start work on it right away and how much it would cost. We told them it was warranty work and we were told that it would need to be checked and they would get back with us. we did tell them it was under warranty when we dropped off the mower. Then the process began to get that approved. the warranty work was approved then we were told they did not know when it would be completed because the part was on back order. We did continue to call and check the progress on the mower. We finally picked the mower up today. We were not treated pleasantly at all at pick up. we were not given any paperwork or a thank you, the same rudeness we were greeted with each time we called. yes, we called 2 times A Week to check progress, yes, maybe that was too much but only once, the first time with the diagnosis and price were we called with an update. I am positive in owning our on business that customer service means something. It should actually come first. Not at this location. Customer service was lacking completely. Hope this helps for someone thinking of using this location. Don't try it find somewhere different. read more

Obviously Kubota's core business isn't done through Yelp, because this location does things a little off the social-media grid (much like yours truly), and I appreciate that immensely. When I was looking for a tractor, I didn't hit Yelp up to help me decide which dealer to purchase from. With a purchase like a tractor, you visit the locations and meet the people behind the scenes. This value is not lost in this portion of the world, and please don't lose it. I had visited all of the local Kubota dealers during the Virus shutdown in hopes of finding a deal, which can be had if you come prepared with exactly what you want, and don't act like a pretentious a*hole. Under no circumstances did any of the other local orange dealers treat me poorly, and I doubt they would even still, but this Mason Tractor location (and I've been to almost all of them) is head and neck above what else is out there. The sales staff was patient with me during the virus crap, and I reciprocated because the whole scenario was new to all of us. Regardless, this location stuck to their guns, and treated me like a valued customer well before plunking down the money. I won't mention any names specifically, but my sales rep went so far out of the box to make my deal happen, that he is to be commended. I have that person's personal contact information and have thanked him multiple times for how I was handled. Again, Yelpers aren't the target demographic for a typical customer, and I imagine that won't change much. I find it hard to believe that they would do ANTHING deserving of one star. I normally don't do reviews, but this one got me. I called Mason tractor going on 7 weeks ago. told them that had hit something and now had an oil leak. Oh we will be tomorrow to get it, three weeks later someone shows up to get. Tractor is under The Kubota insurance that was sold to me by Mason when I bought the tractor. The next week I called and They told me what the problem was. I received conformation from Kubota that repair was covered . So the next week it was supposed to be repaired . Called and asked them about it, would be fixed , waiting on a part. Was told on Friday it was done. however the would not release it until the got their check from insurance., this kind of threw me (you don't trust Kubota and your the one that sold me the insurance)called me the next Friday . you need to pay the deductibl , and we will be there first thing Monday.Well its Thursday no tractor. something I' didn't mention have called multiple times ,I get all our service are busy. I'm into garden and grass season this weekend hole thing everything back I would never buy from them again, and go way out my way to get someone else to repair it next time. I am sending this to Kubota and a few other places. read more

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I recently purchased a kubota tractor here, (about $30k) which subsequently had some issues. I called and scheduled them to pick the tractor up for some warranty repairs, that was almost two weeks ago and I haven't heard a word since. I also recently called about buying some additional implements for the tractor and I always get the same result, "whats your name, just a moment, I'm sorry the sales men are with customers can we call you back" I have yet to get a callback. I guess $30k doesn't qualify for ANY customer service whatsoever. So all I can really do is leave this review and take my business elsewhere. John Deere in Jasper is looking pretty good, maybe ill trade up. read more

I bought my Kubota Tractor from Mason's last year. I got close to 50 hours and called to see inquire about service. I spoke with a woman who told me it would be 4-6 weeks from the date they picked up my tractor until they returned it. She said the cost was $500 + $100 for pick up and delivery. It seemed like a lot. Called Nelson Tractor in Jasper. they picked it up last Monday and brought it back exactly 1 week later almost to the minute. The total cost = $155.94. I have heard from my bob cat guy of other examples of gross overcharging by Mason's. He was the person that told me about Nelson's. Small differences in price wouldn't bother me but over 3X and I am closer to Cumming than Jasper and that - in my opinion - is simply gauging. read more

Worst repair service ever. We have a Kubota tractor, which we have taken in for service several times. Each time it takes weeks to get it back and it runs worse than when we took it in. The most recent time it came back sputtering, shutting off and back firing. Our friend had the same experience recently. We returned it and they claimed there were more repairs needed, so there was a second huge bill. It is still doing all the same stuff. Too bad because it is so convenient to us. read more
