What a fun place to visit! The staff is incredibly friendly and the drinks are phenomenal! They offer cocktails and mocktails with a fun twist. Our favorite was the Devil's Egg shot (be prepared to be blown away by presentation and unexpected/delicious taste! ) Such a cool vibe with a beautiful patio too. There is a large free parking shared lot behind the building and a smaller shared lot in the front. We will be back soon!

Stopped here during my friend's birthday adventures, It was later in the night so it wasn't super busy which was perfect for us to grab a seat and enjoy our time here. Every staff person we interacted with was super nice and helpful. It's seat yourself so we found a cozy corner to chill. We ordered the 2 4 1 (vodka based drink) and the Devil's Egg. I don't like eggs at all (mostly texture/smell thing), but these are a pleasant surprise, the texture was pretty spot on and I loved the taste as it was sweet - definitely a must try thing on the menu! The music was such a vibe. So much fun stuff to look at. It was fun to read some of the concessions as well as leaving our own. Definitely a cool place to adventure to for a good time!

This is such a beautiful bar with lots of unique decor to admire, including a fun confession booth that adds to the atmosphere. We came with a large group and were seated in a corner booth. While the space was cozy, it became pretty warm after a while, which was one of the main reasons we decided to leave. Our server was friendly, patient, and took the time to answer our questions and offer recommendations. The cocktail menu was creative, with fun drink names. I ordered the OMG Karen, which was described as featuring caramelized banana syrup. Unfortunately, I couldn't really taste the banana, and it ended up tasting more like a classic White Russian. Overall, the ambiance was the highlight of the visit, and it's definitely a fun spot to check out for drinks.

This is a great cocktail bar, the ambiance is top tier and the servers really know their stuff! Inside is super vibey and cool, with fun lighting and great music playing all evening. They have a "confessional" booth where you can add secrets, and it's really fun to peruse after having a drink or two. The cocktails are really good and balanced, I accidentally drank 2 within the first hour and was pretty close to getting a third, they're that delicious. 21+ only, so not family friendly, but the patio is dog friendly which is nice! Really fun spot to lose yourself in for a few hours over some great drinks.

"Egg me mommy" is something I said to my server not only on a Friday night, but on a Saturday night as I went back for seconds. Idk if that was offensive, fit the vibe, or if I've hit the age of being a creepy old man. I'm ashamed typing this now. Yolo. All jokes aside. This place is an absolute gem and the vibe is amazing. It's dim lit, eclectic, there's a confession room, amazing staff and d*mn good cocktails. Did I mention there's a jello shooter that mimics a deviled egg called the devil's egg? Go get egged and call the staff mommy. All of them. Thank me later. Alright I started joking again. This place is perfect for a date night or catching up with friends. The atmosphere rivals any of our great lounges in town. I wish the bar was a bit larger for seating as there are only four spots and it lights up. I mean. I want to sit there every visit. My crew and I loved everything. My standouts - The Sybil Vane is a clarified milk punch style cocktail and what an espresso martini should aspire to be when it grows up, and the bird bath (much more sweeter cocktail). It's served on fire. Let's go. My new favorite spot in St. Paul. Go egg yourself. Have one of everything. Soak in the vibes. Tip the staff well.

I hadn't been here since the new owners took over and all I can say is: wow, they absolutely killed it! The atmosphere was cozy, the service warm and welcoming, and the drinks were top notch. Got a neat pour of their whiskey which was a nice, sweet, sipper. High corn in the mash bill. I also picked up their seasonal N/A mocktail, the "Higher Love" that was amazing. Really well balanced with rich turmeric, punchy ginger, warming five spice, and fresh herbs. My highlight, though, was definitely the "Devil's Egg". It's essentially a fantastically well constructed jello shooter, but I recommend taking it in 2/3 bites so you can experience it more. Another masterclass in flavors and texture. You just have to get one to experience it for yourself; trust me. I definitely plan on grabbing some food on the way and making a bee-line back for one, or two, more Devil's Eggs.

We went to Crow Bar for a spontaneous post-dinner cocktail and we loved the entire experience! Unique eclectic interior design and furniture. I love how it preserved some of the old Hamm's aesthetic and history. The staff were super nice and helpful. Cocktails were tasty and strong in the best way. They also have a nice mocktail menu! There are plenty of lounge areas whether you're there for an intimate date night or group event. I am looking forward to their patio this summer :) We ordered 4 different cocktails; favorites were Heads Will Roll and Prix Fixe. Highly recommend CrowBar - make sure to add it to your list!

Saw a few early social media posts about this spot, and happen to FREQUENT the brewery next door, so we stopped in...and we found our FAVORITE place to drink in the Cities. Parking is a bit of a hot topic, but as of now, there is a lot near this spot where you can park. Once you enter the space, you are transported to an edgy, retro, thrift store of controlled chaos. It's easily one of the most fun spaces I've been to in a while! We took seats in what I'm calling the Crow's Nest, a slightly elevated set of tables. There are plenty of seating vibes to match your group's intentions, from comfy couches to hardtop tables. You absolutely can't miss the Confessional Room during your visit. The staff was tremendous! It was so fun to chat with them about how the space came to be, the fun features on the menu, and what we liked best! One of the owners even stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed. Now for the best part...the drinks! We sampled five different drinks during our visit and each was more unique and tasty than the last. I also appreciate that they put as much effort into their NA options as their cocktails. The winner for most unique goes to the Heart Beet with Rye Whiskey. You could NEVER get me to order a Beet cocktail without some heavy coaxing and after some strong recommendations from staff, I can say that I was so wrong...it was absolutely delish! I can't wait to run back to this spot and try another five. A must-stop visit for cocktail or mocktail enthusiasts in the Cities.

I was ready to give this place 5 stars before I even got a drink because the aesthetic was so cool. Eclectic, modern but also historic, and if you're paying attention, a sense of humor. Thankfully, the drinks were phenomenal so I could give this place the 5 it deserves. The drinks here are so unique, and SO good. The fun thing about CrowBar is they're not afraid to experiment with flavors and the result is a cocktail menu you're not going to find anywhere else. Think savory, spicy, sweet, earthy... but with a twist. I highly recommend the Scarlet Witch. It's unlike anything you've ever had. Also, the deviled eggs are cocktails. I swear, it's on the drink menu. It's like a Jell-O shot, but way cooler. Definitely get one or two. It's not often I find a place where I want to try every drink on the menu, but I want to try every drink on the menu. I can't wait to come back! Also - please please please keep the 21+ policy. I work with kids all day and it's nice to have a place where I can just be around other adults. There are plenty of kid and family friendly places, it's rare to find an adults only spot. Thanks for the little haven!

Checked out this new cocktail bar in Saint Paul! They use Voliere spirits. It is located right by St. Paul brewery parking lot. They did a great job with interior design where you can sit on high top tables, low tops tables, comfy couches or at the bar. The decor is super eclectic with fun lights, sculptures, and old school, beer cans hidden around the space. They do not take any reservations and you seat yourself. A server comes to get your order. Being so new, everything went very smoothly for us. They play great music and it was a very relaxing night. We ordered the prix fixe and bird bath. The birdbath comes with a fun fire trick when they serve it. Both were very yummy drinks! Definitely a must try!

Deviled egg cocktail (like a Jell-O shot) made with rum, mango, coconut cream.. so tasty!

Visited The Crowbar with a friend from out of town and we both had a great experience. The atmosphere is super fun with unique decor that gives the place a lot of character. We went on a Saturday night and were able to get a table pretty quickly, which was a nice surprise. The specialty cocktails were solid with good flavor options, and prices felt about what you'd expect for a craft cocktail bar. Overall, a great spot to bring visitors or just mix up your usual night out. Would definitely go back!

This bar is cool, very unique and burlesque feels. We parked in the industrial parking area and walked through the alley, around the corner you'll see the bar. Lawn full of chairs and tables, reminds me of someone's yard. Once inside, there was a closed curtain, we weren't sure to enter or someone will come and get us. We walked in anyway, and the bar was so colorful and chill. We found a couch in the corner, server came out to greet us and brought us water. We ordered couple of cocktails and appetizers. My drink was fun, it was the drink of the month. The devil eggs were actually a dessert, I couldn't eat them. Love devil eggs savory.

Had a really nice time while at Crow Bar. We did not try any food, not even sure if they serve any because I think this place is in one of those food hall type buildings with multiple places you can go to. Anyway, place is LGBTQIA friendly and service was fab. Waitstaff were very friendly and we were able to order quickly. Drinks arrived within a decent amount of time. We were very comfortable waiting on the couches we were seated at with our little coffee table. They played alternating Beyoncé and Kesha all night so that was fun. The deviled egg shot is so unique. I believe it was actually a passion fruit flavor. It looked exactly like a deviled egg but tasted chewy and sweet. We also tried a few mixed cocktails which were strong and not super sweet. I really enjoy sweet, fruity tasting drinks and I don't really think that's this bars thing. Drinks were very mature and probably geared towards serious drinkers who enjoy actual flavor profiles of different alcohol.

I have been here two times in the last week and lemme tell ya.. this is quite the spot. I do suggest making a reservation because everytime I go here it is popping! What a vibey place, the lights aren't too bright, it gives a hip, fun, light energy and is not too pretentious but has INCREDIBLE FOOD AND DRINKS. Right now, one of their specials is whitefish toast.. if you enjoy fish at all, you need this. The fish is light and fresh, they put fresh dill on top and it is placed on top of some toasted sourdough bread perfectly. The fish is flavorful, a lil earthy and I feel as if there are capers or olives in in the fish mixture, whatever it is is fire! The burrata, beets, and citrus is a nice lovely, fresh, light app, the burrata is perfection with the beets and fresh, juicy citrus, drizzled with some oil and random pieces of garlic mixed in, YUM. I suggest ordering bread on the side with this one! The wings here are a staple and always delish. Crispy, hot, and coated perfectly in a light sweet chili sauce.. they hit the spot everytime. The housemade ranch is a perfect dipper. The other day I tried the chorizo and scallops... oh my goodness gracious.. it was a lil spicy and creamy with the bean puree and the scallops were buttery, light and divine! 10 outta 10 would do again. Finally, got the goat cheesecake, gluten free ginger snap crust with poached pears. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE I want this now and in every lifetime! The cheesecake was light, yet decadent, deep, creamy with a light, unassuming flavor. The crust was delicious and the poached pears added that perfect fruit component. I got Liam as my server both times, he was helpful, attentive, had good suggestions when asked questions and didn't interrupt at all, amazing! This is the spot for any occasion!

The rigatoni had berbere spices in it which made it super flavorful and unlike any other pasta I've had in the twin cities. The berbere spice is traditional to Ethiopian slow-cooked stews so to find it in a pasta at an Italian restaurant was very intriguing! The flavors were perfect! I can't wait to come back and sit on the deck during the summer or fall. I had an N/A drink as I was driving. It was really mellow but refreshing. My friend had a bonafide cocktail and also enjoyed the citrus and clove flavor. We had the buffalo chicken dip and fig and prosciutto flatbread. Both really good and clean. By that I mean I had no stomach issues after eating there. Service was good although they could have come by more often. Nonetheless I will be back.

Sometimes you look at a drink menu and are intrigued but a bunch of options, this place was the opposite, not one drink looked good. All of the options are very masculine in nature: vermouth, bitters, etc.. you would think there would be something with like vodka or tequila and some fruit but nope. There was one drink that almost fit that profile but they threw in pink peppercorn and I was told that under no circumstance would they alter the ingredients... makes me think the bartender is either incapable or a complete jerk. In any case, bad customer service. I came here with 3 others and no one liked their drinks.
