The experience started with a mistake on my payment, which the manager called to explain. I…read moreappreciated that she fixed it promptly and used it as a training moment for her staff -- that part was handled professionally. Unfortunately, everything that followed was not. Both of my lenses came out defective -- haze, distortion, and glare so severe I had to take my glasses off while driving at night just to see safely. The defects were visible in multiple lighting conditions and in every photo I took: uneven glare, cloudy patches, and light scattering that stayed in the same spot no matter how the lenses were angled. These are not cleaning issues; they are coating defects. When I brought them back, the salesman talked down to me, suggested I "buy their cleaner," and even told me I'd need to pay for a lens warranty to fix the problem. Instead of inspecting the lenses under proper lighting, he simply wiped them down as if I didn't know how to clean my own glasses. No one actually looked at the defects. A higher‑up eventually stepped in and said a remake was on the way, but only because of the earlier payment mistake -- not because anyone acknowledged the defects or took my concerns seriously. The nose pads also rubbed my skin raw, and they only had one other size/type available. For a professional optical business, that's unacceptable. I was dismissed and spoken to as if I didn't understand what I was seeing, while both lenses were clearly defective.
