I told him a couple things I've been noticing about my vision, and he pinpointed the root cause immediately and exactly. He didn't need to ask me any of that "a or b? or c?" subjective clarity nonsense. Somehow he knew bang-on what my prescription should be for glasses AND contacts--the latter which I haven't worn for decades. The contacts he prescribed fit my astigmatism 100x more comfortably than anything I tried before. He was also very unintentionally inspiring about my future. His advice for taking care of my health and the reasons for it really touched me. What a beautiful doctor.

Over many years, we'd searched all across town for a great place for eye care but had little…read moresuccess. Even a different Vision Source in Stone Oak was just OK. This year, we decided to make a change and try Stone Oak Vision Source located on Stone Oak Pkwy and Hardy Oak. We were able to secure two consecutive appointment slots, which was super convenient since we wouldn't have to make two separate visits. TLDR: I think we've finally found our new place for eye care! The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, getting all of our insurance benefits and allowances to be able to accurately explain our options and costs, even providing us with rebate options that could be applied. From checking in to administering the basic scans and tests. Everything went smoothly and swiftly. Our visit with Dr Mann went very well. Very thorough and knowledgeable, and he explained everything clearly. They have a nice selection of glasses to choose from. My husband found several pairs that looked great, so he ordered more than one pair. For me, I would have liked to see more variety in style. It seemed that there were many great brands, but the styles were very similar between them and I had less luck than my husband in that regard. However, they were able to simply replace the lenses in a pair I already have and love! Very happy with the entire experience and will definitely use Dr Mann going forward.

Since I started working from home, I thought it would be a good idea to get my eyes checked again, and I'm really happy I chose this office out of all the options available. The two girls at the front desk were super, super nice, friendly, and helpful. They were always polite and welcoming, and you can genuinely tell they enjoy what they do by the way they treat their patients. The doctor was also incredibly nice and helpful. During my exam, he discovered something new about my eyes that I had never known about before. Apparently, the glands in my eyelids weren't functioning properly, which was causing the irritation, dryness, and burning I had been experiencing. I decided to go ahead with the laser treatment on my eyelids, and WOW what a complete difference! I can already feel such a huge improvement. I'm so glad he recommended the treatment because otherwise, I would have continued walking around with dry, burning eyes without even realizing what was causing it. I'm definitely glad I found this office, and I'll be coming back for my yearly exams. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a great eye doctor and a friendly, caring staff!
