A family sitting next to us saw this and talked to a manager for us. Our server later came and apologized, but we explained that the issue was not her fault--we were hoping for accountability from the staff member who yelled at us. Unfortunately, we were told that he would likely not apologize. We were offered one complimentary drink, but the situation itself was never properly addressed. Our server herself was polite, and we still left an 18% tip out of respect for her work. I think basic courtesy from all staff should be a minimum standard.
