The gentleman at the counter was very nice and welcoming. It may be reasonably priced, but it's also good food. The fish tasted fresh, the veggies looked good and tasted good, and the portions were good. The inside has some tables with partial booth seating near the window. You can get tea and condiments, as well as bus your own table. There's some Japanese food on shelves to buy near the door.
