His employees were doing their best, and a manager should be supporting their team when things get busy, not making the situation more stressful. The staff themselves were kind, friendly, and clearly trying their best. It's unfortunate to see employees working hard while their manager makes an already stressful situation even more uncomfortable. And then the additional 1 who is not so welcoming but never gets an order less than perfect. Although this place has its imperfections in the service department, the quality of the tea is amazing, and literally the best I have had in the state.
