THE BLACK AND WHITE: I tried out a class here with yelp and came back for more. There's multiple class times per day. They do have a strict on-time policy because it takes a few minutes to instruct the movements. Class structure is five stations and you rotate to each station based on # of sets and time. At each station there are different levels of RPE. Depending on the day, you can decide how heavy or light you want to go. Bathrooms and showers are also a part of the amenity here at the gym. I was a little apprehensive about boot camp workouts before coming here but I can see how effective they are as you keep moving during these workouts and get some cardio conditioning too. Good form is encouraged and the instructor goes from station to station to motivate and to help with modifications. Plus you get a killer playlist to listen to and people of all fitness levels to workout with. Looking forward to incorporate Heat into my exercise routine.
