Kristine is constantly furthering her knowledge by obtaining higher certifications in nutrition, fitness & personal training . Ive had 2 other trainers thru a nation wide gym over the last year. I saw few results and honestly they were the opposite of what I wanted! So I google trainers and I was so lucky to have come across Kristine. The trainers from the national gym do not even come close to comparing. I have worked one on one with Kristine also attending a few of her boot camp classes. She also has devised a nutrition plan specific to me, my body and goals (now I gotta follow it lol) I have seen more results in the 3/4 months I have lost inches & body fat working at Karved with Kristine than in a year at the other place. She truly cares about her clients!! She takes notes every session keeping a log of progress, problems, concerns , goals ext. Any time I have a questions or concern she is on top of it !! She spends her own time doing research to make her she is giving 100% !! I look forward to working out with her twice a week and if I can squeeze a bootcamp in I most definitely do it! The trainers, members, and other challengers have all been incredibly motivating, helpful when learning the systems and exercises, and are an overall great bunch of people. Each boot camp is only 30 minutes long - with multiple times throughout the morning and evening. Class sign ups are done via an app so there are no surprises that a class is full when you arrive. I haven't had any issues in getting into the class at the time I wanted it. The 30 minute classes are structured in a way that makes them fly by without constantly counting down til the end. Every class is different and they are always introducing new exercises. Classes use a variety of free weights, medicine balls, bosu, TRX, ropes, bands among others. I'm so happy to have found a gym where I am not only comfortable but enjoy and look forward to going 6 times per week. I highly recommend this gym!

The beauty of M/Body is that they really offer everything, including personal training and some options for getting workouts in around normal class times. HIIT classes were (and still are) my absolute favorite, and the classes here are exciting and station based. I will never take barre again based on my experience here, but that has more to do with me and nothing to do with the quality of the classes - pretty sure this is one of the best barre experiences in the area...I just think all barre experiences are criminal and TORTURE. I digress. If you're looking for a snappy, clean facility in a perfect location, M/Body is for you. They consistently run specials on pricing and are especially good to their first timers. I found Xcelerated Athletics on Facebook and met one of the owners on site to talk, ask questions and share my goals. I went for my first workout the very next day and never looked back. The coaches are experienced, knowledgeable and invested in the athletes. I love the option of joining scheduled workouts, or just having 24/7 access to the gym and equipment to set up your own routine and exercise schedule. The owner is on site most days and puts his heart into this gym. It really is a community of endless encouragement and support no matter your level of experience or skill.
