5 months is about enough time to write a proper review... The good the bad and the ugly. It's all good or great though. Jason and his coaching staff are fantastic, focused on proper lifting techniques and can coach anyone at any level. Just learning? Perfect. Coming back with some experience? Cool they can help you fix improper techniques you may have learned somewhere else. The community in the classes is fun can be competitive if you want to be but overall it's a great vibe in every class I've been in. If you have goals the coaches can help you get there. Personally I wanted help with nutrition, I had an initial conversation with Jason about what I wanted to do as well as follow up questions and he's been there to answer them all and help me not only drop weight I wanted to but maintain and grow my strength. You can go to any gym find weights and lift. Restore has a sense of community where everyone wants to see each other succeed and will root them on. If you've read this much on a review of a gym because you're curious give it a try, it's completely worth it. read more

I've been a member for a while and the coaching is great! Everyone is friendly and encouraging no matter what level or skill set you are currently at. They take time to help point out areas to improve through physical demonstration, not just verbal. The classes are always a good workout and they help you modify as needed. read more

Wow!!! What an amazing gym, only regret i have is being so intimidated because of the name " CrossFit" A friend invited me to try it and i felt in love with the vibe, the knowledgeable coaches. I was looking for a very welcoming community, a place that is not about who is better. This gym has it all, the coaches care so much and take time to explain every single exercises and make sure you are doing right to avoid injuries ( i feel like this is their number 1 priority) you don't get that at other places. Coach Melanie is beyond supportive and knowledgeable , Jason is amazing, he knows what he is doing, he cares about the perfect form before letting you lift heavy. I finally found my happy place , and i found what i was looking for , trainers with experience and know what they are doing it. my little son is always excited to go with me and join the workout. Great gym. Caring coaches and very knowledgeable of individual abilities & fitness needs. Had a knee replacement 3 years ago. Couldn't get up off the floor. I had fallen a few times. Coach Jason was my personal trainer for a few months. He taught me how to get up off the floor without pain and good balance. I currently attend group sessions 3 days a week (1 hour class). What a great group of members, encouraging, and always supportive. Thank you CrossFit Restore for my great fitness journey. read more

CrossFit Restore is just the gym I have been looking for! Amazing community, wonderful coaches, nutrition guidance, and to top it off... PERSONAL TRAINING. Coach Jason helped me dial in my Olympic lifting for a competition coming up. He spend his time with me and was continually checking in and sending me videos during sessions. He actually cares - Most personal trainers just give you boring routines and set you free - not Jason. He was recording and breaking down my lifts and showing me where I needed to tweak things and explained in a way that worked for me! 10/10 recommend crossfit restore. CrossFit is for everyone - especially here!!! read more

Love this gym! Coaches are knowledgeable, energetic and encouraging to each athlete. Programming is challenging and attainable for every level. The sense of community is by far the best around, athletes draw motivation from eachother. I have been supported through various seasons of physical growth, personal experiences and minor setbacks. Great place to enhance abilities and make some friends along the way. read more

LOVE CrossFit Restore!! I have been coming here since I moved to Roseville in January. I immediately loved the connection and community inside the gym. I have definitely improved my form and strength under the guidance of Jason. His attention to detail is on point. Works outs can be customized to everyone's needs and abilities. I leave the gym feeling successful everytime! The coaches are great and the gym family is just that. Family. So warm and welcoming. read more

I met the CrossFit ReStore team through coworkers at Radius Physical + Sports Rehab. We partnered together on a mobility workshop in conjunction with a fitness challenge they were hosting for their members. What sets them apart is the care the owners put into the community. Jason and Deandra make it easy (not that the workouts are easy!) and fun to be there and make sure that everyone is connected and comfortable. The trainers are skilled, engaging, and just super genuine. read more

CFR changed our lives in so many ways! As a new couple to California, we were looking to switch up our normal work out routine and meet like minded people. We were new to CrossFit and slightly intimidated but since, have never looked back. CFR is so welcoming, you can scale anything to your abilities, and Jason and the other coaches as CFR are incredible, patient, and make sure you are safe. We have met some of our very best friends at this gym. Everyone is so encouraging, and cheers you on when hitting new PR's - it truly is a family. I couldn't recommend it more, we have gained so much more than we ever imagined. Give it a try and I promise you will fall in love like we did!! read more

This is the best place to be for your fitness goals to start and to be met. They are fantastic for beginners and or fitness vets. Crossfit Restore is an incredible box with an amazingly supportive community and solid knowledgeable trainers who are a joy to workout with. It pretty much checked out everything I wanted in a Crossfit studio - a strong focus on correct form and technique, injury prevention and long term fitness goals. Jason has managed to create something very unique and special here, and I especially love how he makes the space so convenient for families to bring their kids over while they work out - the play area is a great touch. The box has something for a person at any level - from beginners like me to serious athletes who want to do competitive events. For someone like me who's simply trying to get in a regular fitness routine post-work, there was a lot of great training, advice on form and WODs to keep me engaged and motivated. Crossfit Restore is great and Jason, Ed and Alex are an awesome team! read more

Did a drop in here with my mommy today and was really impressed with the coaching! The coach broke down the movements and answered all questions before starting WOD. My mother needs extra attention when it comes to Crossfit and I really feel like at this place she will get the hands on coaching that she needs and is looking for . The owner was really nice and all the members were extremely friendly making sure to introduce themselves to my mother and I when they noticed we were new. I felt a family kind of vibe here. read more

Best gym ever. The coaches are amazing and help you so much. They work with you to reach your goals and if you have problem areas they modify for what you can do. read more

This is a really solid box. It's on the smaller side and has a bit of a rugged garage vibe (which I kinda dig). The members were cool and the owners/coaches were really nice. The attitudes were good across the board. Unfortunately, it just didn't work out for my schedule. If you're new to the area or CrossFit in general, I wouldn't hesitate to give them a look. read more

First off, I am new to CrossFit and being out of shape and old I was apprehensive at trying such a demanding workout. With my Nephew's insistence we decided to try it out. Let me tell you what a relief it was when we were greeted by our trainer Jason, he is awesome and his knowledge and patience is world class. He took the time to properly instruct us on how not only to be safe but build a foundation for proper weight lifting. I was shocked how friendly and accommodating the class was at him having to tailor the class to our needs. They really helped us feel comfortable in such an intimidating environment. I am so glad we are starting CrossFit and would recommend to all, both fit and flabby, old or young. Keep working! read more

Fantastic place that can't be beat. They have friendly people and the coaches are always ensuring safe practices are followed and every fitness level can complete the workout. I've been at Crossfit Restore for almost a year now and am so happy with the box. Everyone there, from the coaches to the members are absolutely fabulous. The positive environment is what keeps me coming back week after week. It's one thing to get a good workout, it's another thing altogether to feel empowered from your workout. The coaches do a great job of not only training, but also watching how their members are performing. For me, that type of safety is important and also ensures that I get the most out of my workout. (Who wants to get injured?) I highly recommend that if you're looking for a place to start, maintain or challenge your fitness goals, you won't find a better group of coaches and members to support you. read more

I'm 50 years old and out of shape. I have worked with 3 different trainers and all three of them were very professional. They were very concerned about my health and safety but didn't allow me to slack! They were all very knowledgeable and provided an individual plan to meet my needs. I wasn't competing with anyone but myself. I felt very welcome and comfortable from the moment I walked in from the trainers as well as the other members. Great experience and I highly recommend them if you want to get your health back for 2016. read more

Love Crossfit RESTORE. Jason is an amazing motivator and everyone that goes there is like one big family.

I love crossfit restore! Crossfit can be for everyone. My favorite thing about this place is everyone is at a different skill level, size, weight, age, etc. You don't walk in here and feel like you can't keep up with everyone else and you definitely don't feel out of place or judged. The coaches are awesome and they really watch your form so you don't get injured. NOT ALL CROSSFIT COACHES AT OTHER GYMS DO THAT! Everyone here is like a family. Everyone encourages you and pushes you to be the best version of yourself that you can be. We all share healthy meal plan recipes and stretching tips. If you've wanted to try crossfit and are checking out gyms, THIS is the place to be! See you in the gym :) read more

Crossfit RESTORE provides an awesome workout for any fitness level and age. The coaches all have a great mix: They are very knowledgable, they know their stuff, are extremely helpful, they know how to motivate and make you go beyond your own perceived limits... and they are nice, fun people. Crossfit RESTORE also has a great youth program. My daughter always has a lot of fun, every-single-time and she is growing as an athlete. Their program totally stands on it, but it is also a great opportunity especially for young athletes to cross-train, improve overall fitness and performance and avoid burn-out in other sports, keeping fitness safe, social and fun. read more
