Not at all leaving this review for the member side. However, if you are a coach and thinking about working at an F45 please make sure you are extra upfront with the time you are willing to give to "Interview". I am a Master Fitness Trainer, retired Army, ex Drill Sergeant and current coach for a bodybuilding gym. I wanted to fill a little extra time so I starting the process of working for them. Fast forward a few days short of a month after many classes and driving sometimes across town and had yet to even talk about pay, there is no process. I understand it's not going to run like the army but there has to be process that each person goes through. I had zero issue doing a few classes to make sure it was a good fit bit there has to be a limit. Would end up working with different people who have different vibes so you are not sure where you should and shouldn't step in so makes it hard and awkward, I honestly can't really blame the coaches at all because you show up and they have zero clue how many classes you have done, your background or qualifications so of course they are hesitant to let you really step in. On top of that everyone does things a little different so you constantly being judged based on their outlook, very awkward. Please if you go to interview here be clear and up front about expectations and pay, or you will be like myself out a month of time, other opportunities, and gas with nothing to show for it.

**Disclaimed F45s are franchised with different owners**…read more I was going to leave this alone till the business owner decided to delete my comment then block be from their instagram yesterday. Therefore I feel the need to do my duty and warn the community about this gym. I've been going here since they opened the doors & simply loved it. My group of friends began to build a community here, then the "owner" came crashing in - changing times - coaches - policy's. Fast forward to yesterday for the 4:30 pm class, walked in at 4:33pm and the new "head coach" basically said sorry bout ya and to come back for the 6pm class. (This was my instagram comment before deleted and blocked) This is also the same location, where after the turn over of coaches happened, the owner waltzed in at 4:59am to train the 5am class. Glad the standards are set high. There are plenty of other gyms around, some with a very similar style, but do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Business ownership 101: you don't delete negative reviews - you approach them in a calm and connected manner to find a solution. Lastly you don't screw over your members, they are the ones paying the bills.

The facility is pretty clean and the coach does a great job of making sure you're taking care of your body by keeping you accountable on your form or giving modifications if needed. They are more circuit type of workouts so it reminds me of Orange Theory classes. Of course what you put in is what you get out of it. This is a great gym for any time of the day workouts. There are a few treadmills, stair climbers, cardio machines to the right when you walk in. The turf is massive and they have wonderful strength equipment. The locker room is clean and pristine!! They also have amenities and showers if you are booking it to work after. If more up close and personal training is what you are looking for they have that and it is a low key environment so you get the 411 and the lay of the land. I enjoy having this as an option when I want to do my own thing. If you are self sufficient in the gym this will be your vibe. There are boxing classes too in the early mornings and after work. BYO towel and hydration.
