They do not dumb down the flavor and now has a spot in my rotation. If you ask for spicy, just know, it's gonna be spicy. The interior is bright and airy, offering a clean, modern aesthetic. My other coworker got the Dragon and Phoenix which includes shrimp and slices of chicken breast sauteed with Chinese greens in a light sauce. The portions are huge and matches the prices.
