When I was looking for a team to help me get electrical and HVAC into my shed office (which…read moreincluded a fairly long underground cable run), Friendly came in with strong pricing and a can-do attitude that made a potentially complicated project seem really doable. Also, when winter weather delayed my insulation installation (and thus drywalling), Paul and the team also worked me with me over the course of several months to schedule and complete the final electrical and HVAC installation. I enjoyed working with the Friendly Team and would encourage others to consider them for any project.

I contacted Fish Electric through Yelp, and Sean quickly reached out with a quote for both and was at my house two weeks later. Sean installed the dimmer switch in what seemed like one minute. I was embarrassed thinking about how long it took me just to take the old plate off and try to get the wires off the old switch. He then started to install the outdoor outlet and had a few different box options for me to choose from. It was also installed pretty quickly, and he even offered to install the camera even though I didn't buy it through them. I thought that was super nice and not expected given he didn't charge me any more for it. The camera installation is so clean that you can barely tell it's even there. It would have looked 100x worse had I tried to attempt it myself. The whole process was simple and quick, and I appreciated that I could get the quote, schedule the installation, and pay my invoice all online without having to talk to someone. It was a quick and simple process, and the services were definitely worth the reasonable cost in order for it to all be done correctly and with minimal effort from myself.

They did say they would call me before coming. I waited all day for a call from these people. It's now going on two days and I still have not heard from them. We called someone recommended by a friend but they were on vacation and recommended Vince at Bridge. Despite being a holiday, they were over the next morning and got us back up and running by early afternoon. He and Mike went above and beyond, helping move the tree limb off the wire, rehanging the ATT cabling that was also ripped down, to say nothing about getting our power restored on a holiday and secured everything better than what it was before the storm. They were incredibly affordable as well. We had some other businesses wanting a diagnostic fee to come out or wouldn't come by until DTE did - Vince and Mike saved the day. Will forever be grateful to them and will recommend them to everyone in and around Livonia.

By explaining what electrical problems we were experiencing, he was already able to provide a ballpark estimate of what the cost would likely be. The final cost even ended up lower than his initial estimate. He was able to fit me in on the same day that I had called. He said he would give a heads up when he is on his way and he did that. He said he would arrive anywhere between 3:00pm to 5:00pm and actually arrived 3:00pm sharp. Tracy is a true professional who was patient, understanding, and took the time to explain everything.
