Smaller store size but a good selection of crocs. They had some current sales going on like buy one get one 25% off for kids crocs. The store associates were friendly and helpful. They have all the current character crocs that you can have such as Starwars and Bluey. read more

Whenever I want to buy Crocs either for myself or for a gift, I travel to this location. I don't get the same service at other stores closer to me. I'm always greeted by a helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming team of employees who make sure that you are able to find what you're looking for. I don't understand the comment that was made about waiting in line outside. I stood in line when I visited the store on Black Friday, and it's not unusual to see lines outside of popular stores. So far, I've visited twice this holiday season, and have had a great experience! read more

So upset that I was in a DV situation and had to move. Crocs would not change my address, someone just received my items I paid for. Chatted with your customer service and they told me there is nothing they can do. This is unacceptable. read more

We swung by the Crocs Store at the mall because of the Sanrio collab! I needed the Cinnamoroll Crocs LOL The store itself was cleaner and more well kept than other Croc stores I've visited. The shoes were actually hung up properly along the wall and in the racks. Furthermore, the staff members were so helpful and willing to grab us things from the back. Because my shoes were collab shoes, they were more expensive than most standard crocs, but still they were less than $100 and seem like a decent investment (people have been telling me to get crocs forever now LOL). Overall, a nicer store than most others I've been to! They had my collab shoes so I can't complain. read more

I didn't realize how many people come to Crocs. I ordered online and didn't even know there was a store at the mall. Location is easy, you can park at the food court & it's just a couple of stores down. read more

Paulene provided excellent service on an exchange. She provided a plethora of information on how to get the perfect croc fit and was more than willing to bring out the different sizes. I walked out of the store feeling satisfied after we found the perfect fit. read more

Soooo, stopped by here to check out the selection to add to my collection. This store does NOT disappoint! Several new styles & new colors that remind me of Yeezy's. Wait, I hope Kanye doesn't go on a SM frenzy about these, LOL. read more

Tall guy works here. Looks caucasian. Rude. Can't say thank you. Or you're welcome. Every single time I would ask him a question he would act like he didn't want to help me. And even to ring me up. DID NOT SAY THANK YOU ONCE. Or YOURE WELCOME. The ladies there though, they're great! They all helped me. Came up and asked me. The guy though. He just ignored me. He's rude. Go talk to the girls, this guy will Ignore you any. Maybe your name is on the receipt. He made the experience very unpleasant read more

Went here on New Years Day, the worker named DARLENE IS very rude. I was asking about a price that i thought was for the whole selection. Instead of just saying this IS the real price, she went on to say rude things, like "that's nonsense", "that wouldnt make any sense" i wasn't even pushing the price. This Lady does not belong in retail. read more

Ridiculously long line outside to get in, only to find out that the pin that I keep coming back to look for my son was still out of stock. Maybe next time I'll just call inside of waiting in line. read more

went to this location today and they had a lady who worked there blocking the entrance only allowing about 5-10 people in at a time creating a line outside. i decided to go to a different store. this is such weird behavior i would have bought a few pairs but the employees make it impossible to go in and shop. no other store at the mall did this. def not good way to do business bc how are they going to make sales if the customers can't come in. probably would have spent at least $100 in a matter of 10 minutes but no way i was going to stand in line in the busy walkway for something i can buy online. also there was no sale that made this a reasonable request. i've worked at nordstrom and if there is a line its bc its before normal store hours and they are early access members not just trying to buy some shoes real quick. so sad that these employees think they need to gate keep these shoes. also there was no sign or rope to designate this impromptu line. so silly. bad business. read more

Your worker Kandance is very rude. Misgendered me and called me a man. I am in fact a female. I called her out on it and she rolled her eyes at me. I called the manager, didn't get her name but she was very short with long black hair and she did absolutely nothing. I came back to talk to the higher up and overheard them talking about me and laughing about me very clearly, describing the way I dressed. read more

Got the best Crocs. A pair of the Hamburgler and Jimmy Buffet. Both me and my daughter have these. Super fun

The service is usually great in this location. I have gone here for about five years, and every time an associate greets us or asks if we need anything. They carry a wide selection of designs and colors. The nicer, stylish Crocs are located in the front of the store, and the original clogs are found on the back wall. I have never had an issue with not finding the correct size, even during the holidays. If you don't see it, just ask for help. The pricing is excellent because they are affordable and often have BOGO sales. I wish they had a bigger space because it's often overcrowded, and hard to walk or find a place to sit to try on shoes. I understand employees are not going to kick people out but often those who are sitting down are waiting for someone to finish shopping. They are basically sitting down waiting, rather than trying shoes on. I had to have my kids squeeze in there or even sit on the bases to try their Crocs on. It was a bit of a hassle, but we survived. read more

Came when they opened so no wait. All employees are very nice and helpful. A few weeks after this visit, I decided I wanted a pair of tennis shoes, so I ordered online since I live about an hour away. as of today I have waited 11 days for my shoes to arrive and just found out they are no closer to fulfilling my order than they were 11 days ago! Since I paid with a gift card I cannot get a refund to go into the store to make this purchase, the lady on the phone refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor, and basically told me "too bad so sad you will get your tennis shoes eventually" NEVER order crocs online! lesson learned the hard way! read more

I went in today with my daughter for the first time. Love that they social distance by only allowing a certain number of people. I purchased a pair of clogs. I typically wear a 9 but got a 10 as the fit was much better. I'm a healthcare worker and just so happened to have my hospital jacket on. With that said, the cashier advised me that I was eligible for a discount. This literally made my day. I love that this store recognizes first responders. Thanks for the amazing customer service. For reference, we were there around 5:30pm on a Thursday and it was pretty busy. read more

I was at the Ontario Mills Mall and saw this Croc store. I had to see what all the fuss was about. These shoes are Hideously ugly. These revolutionary shoes are made of Croslite polyurethane--an antimicrobial resin that (contrary to anecdotal evidence) resists odor. I know many nurses that will only wear Crocs. The clasic clog is made several colors ( see attached pictures) with and without holes and with and without straps. More and more styles are available. I saw flip flops , ballet flats, and boots. They ranged in price from $19.99-$50. There were quite a few people in the store. I tried on a couple pairs and they felt okay, but not nice enough to inspire me to shell out that kind of money for bulky plastic shoes. Maybe if they looked like the cute jelly shoes in the 80s. Ugly is comfortable. I think I'll pass. read more

I got a steel on the clearance rack. Purchase selected , 50% on clearance and get 2nd pair for 1/2 off of 50%. They are so comfy and light weight. So much to choose from. I wanna go back and buy more. Wish the stores was a little bigger. Employees where nice and very helpful, they had some new stock coming in, greeted you as you came on and left the store. I don't know why people are giving such bad reviews. Me and my sister fun in this store. Now I need some Gibits. read more

They have a sign posted saying they close at 7pm. I was standing outside the store at 6:49 and as I begin walking in this loud woman screamed across the store. I don't know what she said so I stood outside, she came to the door and viciously closed and locked it. Your sign says open until 7pm not you better be in the store by 6:48 or we will slam and lock the door on you. They literally just let a customer walk in right before me. You don't even deserve my money! read more

Crocs - Shoe Stores Near Me - Ontario, California

This is a very crowded Crocs with huge selection. What made my visit a 5 star one was definitely Gisella's customer service! I was in need of a pair of breathable shoes, and the top choice out there is definitely a pair of Crocs! But unfortunately they ran out of a Men's 10 for ALL of their Lite rides (softer sole) so I settled for a 9. But my feet couldn't settle so I went back for an exchange on the same day. Not only did Gisella was able to find me a pair of 10, she ran out of her way to let me exchange even when I wore it which was not their normal practice. I was very grateful for her superior customer service. My experience would have been dramatically different if wasn't for her help. read more

Out of stock on many colors. If you have huge feet, they have every color. If you aren't here to purchase black crocs, they probably won't have your color. Apparently they don't care about their reviews, so this review is for the consumer. Croc will not be helpful. read more

I don't understand why the company haven't stepped in to do something about this location. With repeated complaints about the same concerns from customers these employees need to be placed on probation or fired At best. The people that read the complaints keep apologizing for the same issues year after year. It would be nice to know how did they go about making customers have a better experience while shopping in their stores. What is the resolve. people go through a lot these days to make the hard earned money and than in return get crappy service from people you are hiring Crocs should be shame of yourself for hiring people that apparently don't care about the company as a whole. You need to clean house is what I say. One day the are going to catch someone on a not so great day and wholly hell may break out. Get it together Crocs!!!! read more

Utter disgrace. I bought a size 9 of crocs and didn't film hit me well when I got back home I came in to swap it for a bigger size and I was given the same size when I went back home and I checked on. I can't trust employees waste of gas waste of money waste of everything. It's more like I'm pouring in more money on the employees than I am on the product. Came back to get a bigger size again and guess what they're out of stock how elegant and beautiful this was a tremendous experience I have enjoyed. Thank you crocs for giving me the worst customer service I've ever received. read more

Horrible long line. Exchange and returns have to wait in long line as well (even if you aren't shopping)!!

I was there last minute to closing but the manager Aaron Gonzalez was willing to go out of his way for me and let me get in the store. I have never seen this type of service during closing at the mall. Usually they will close the door and tell you to come back the next day. He was so professional, polite, quick to help and kind. I'm so thankful to see such a hard worker these days!! So hard to find! I will definitely be back to shop with Aaron! Thanks to the Crocs management for hiring such wonderful people who actually care about the customers. read more

Purchased 5 Croc shoes online and expected delivery date was Saturday 6/1. They made a mistake and shipped to different state- Colorado! Without any apology, they shipped it back with 5 days later than my original delivery date. What made it worse was that you didn't even let me know. I had to find out by clicking track status! If you made a mistake, at least you could do was to expedite the shipping instead of standard shipping. Purchased these shoes for my trip on Wednesday and now I had to buy new shoes for the trip since they won't come on time. Stupid mistake you made and I suffer! I Will never purchase any shoes from your company. What a disappointment on how you run the company. Shame on you! read more

the service was horrible, I prepared myself with signing up before going in and I received a 15% off. i Got sent a code to use in store & instead of them honoring it because I even showed my messages, Paulene responded "I don't know what to tell you" grabbing a manager and having someone else further help me because it was clear I received the percent off, she didn't care to respond mannerly & handle it better. read more

I came in to exchange shoes I bought online for a smaller size. The employees were very rude. I will not be back.

I just want to give a huge shout out to cashier Emmanuel. Today was my family's 3rd trip within this month to this location and this guys was SO AWESOME each time!! He has great customer service, interacted with customer during each transaction but still remained efficient. AND he was getting a little chewed out by another employee(maybe manager lady) and still kept his cool, engaged with his customer but still managed to respectfully acknowledge her and even said something along the lines of "that's weird, okay I'm sorry, we'll talk about it after." That's a great professional move for him. I was standing in line to pay for a long time so I got to see how it all went down. The only reason I didn't give it a fullfive star rating because I just don't feel like the female who seem to be in charge of the store wasn't the nicest. The line was wrapping around the store and poor Emanuel was checking out the people and she didn't bother to even hop on the cash register, Instead she stood there fiddling with merchandise and proceeded to reprimand him in front of paying customers. The merchandise wasn't as great as I would've hoped, but we are in a pandemic so I understand it makes getting proper merchandise a little bit tricky. Keep in mind that you will have to wait in a long line outside the store but depending on the crowd it seems to go pretty fast read more

Went on Black Friday and Emmanuel was awesome! The line for the store was super long and he was chatting with costumers in line. He was really nice and so friendly, me and my aunt talked to him about college and everything. He made the line go buy faster and more enjoyable. He even waved hi to me and talked to my aunt when we ran into him later. He was also very helpful with bringing us shoes to try and he was able to answer all of our questions! I hope to see him next time I'm in the store. We left him a note at the cashier because he was just that great at his job! :) 10/10 service from Emmanuel! read more

I went to the croc store on July 19, 2022. As soon as it was time to check out there was two people on register just talking and didn't even notice anyone was in line. So I set my stuff down on the register so I can be helped and as I finally got someone to help me check out they were still talking in there own conversation while ringing me up. The girl who was helping had a huge attitude and acted like if I was bothering her. (It was around 6pm I went). Never going again needs new associates at that store. To the lady working in the floor that day as well thank you for all the help but the people behind the register you need a new job something that doesn't require customer service. read more

Yummy! The crocs tasted exquisite. But they should definitely add dipping sauces. Highly recommend.

I was shopping for some crocs Christmas Eve and it was around 5pm and the employees were so nice and patient! Ralphy stood out to me, though. There were some customers giving everyone a hard time and Ralphy kept his calm. Insults were said to him and he was very professional. Overall, I just want to say that these employees are doing great. The line is long and I saw customers complaining and telling them off.... like if it's their fault. They are doing their best. But thank you Ontario Mills crocs!!! I'll be coming back for more crocs soon! read more

I want to give a huge shout out to Don and Marissa at the Ontario mall on Thursday for helping me find some Matching crocs for me and my girl. This place is so unprofessional. Doors got locked right in front of us with out no acknowledgment that we were right there! Google says they close at 9 which was updated 4 days ago so which is it ? And the fact that out of 4 workers that clearly see customers outside waiting to see what going on don't even bother to take the courtesy and tell us that they close early (for whatever reason). We came from Victorville!! Very upsetting and disappointing and unprofessional! If I could give it zero stars I would just based on this crappy experience. And we called while we were standing right there and no one bothered to answer the phone. read more
