Whenever I want to buy Crocs either for myself or for a gift, I travel to this location. I don't get the same service at other stores closer to me. I'm always greeted by a helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming team of employees who make sure that you are able to find what you're looking for. I don't understand the comment that was made about waiting in line outside. I stood in line when I visited the store on Black Friday, and it's not unusual to see lines outside of popular stores. We swung by the Crocs Store at the mall because of the Sanrio collab! I needed the Cinnamoroll Crocs LOL The store itself was cleaner and more well kept than other Croc stores I've visited. The shoes were actually hung up properly along the wall and in the racks. Furthermore, the staff members were so helpful and willing to grab us things from the back. Because my shoes were collab shoes, they were more expensive than most standard crocs, but still they were less than $100 and seem like a decent investment (people have been telling me to get crocs forever now LOL). Overall, a nicer store than most others I've been to! They had my collab shoes so I can't complain. read more

Went here on New Years Day, the worker named DARLENE IS very rude. I was asking about a price that i thought was for the whole selection. went to this location today and they had a lady who worked there blocking the entrance only allowing about 5-10 people in at a time creating a line outside. i decided to go to a different store. this is such weird behavior i would have bought a few pairs but the employees make it impossible to go in and shop. no other store at the mall did this. def not good way to do business bc how are they going to make sales if the customers can't come in. probably would have spent at least $100 in a matter of 10 minutes but no way i was going to stand in line in the busy walkway for something i can buy online. also there was no sale that made this a reasonable request. i've worked at nordstrom and if there is a line its bc its before normal store hours and they are early access members not just trying to buy some shoes real quick. so sad that these employees think they need to gate keep these shoes. also there was no sign or rope to designate this impromptu line. so silly. bad business. read more

The service is usually great in this location. I have gone here for about five years, and every time an associate greets us or asks if we need anything. They carry a wide selection of designs and colors. The nicer, stylish Crocs are located in the front of the store, and the original clogs are found on the back wall. I have never had an issue with not finding the correct size, even during the holidays. If you don't see it, just ask for help. The pricing is excellent because they are affordable and often have BOGO sales. I wish they had a bigger space because it's often overcrowded, and hard to walk or find a place to sit to try on shoes. I understand employees are not going to kick people out but often those who are sitting down are waiting for someone to finish shopping. They are basically sitting down waiting, rather than trying shoes on. I had to have my kids squeeze in there or even sit on the bases to try their Crocs on. It was a bit of a hassle, but we survived. read more

A few weeks after this visit, I decided I wanted a pair of tennis shoes, so I ordered online since I live about an hour away. as of today I have waited 11 days for my shoes to arrive and just found out they are no closer to fulfilling my order than they were 11 days ago! I went in today with my daughter for the first time. Love that they social distance by only allowing a certain number of people. I purchased a pair of clogs. I typically wear a 9 but got a 10 as the fit was much better. I'm a healthcare worker and just so happened to have my hospital jacket on. With that said, the cashier advised me that I was eligible for a discount. This literally made my day. I love that this store recognizes first responders. Thanks for the amazing customer service. They have a sign posted saying they close at 7pm. I was standing outside the store at 6:49 and as I begin walking in this loud woman screamed across the store. I don't know what she said so I stood outside, she came to the door and viciously closed and locked it. Your sign says open until 7pm not you better be in the store by 6:48 or we will slam and lock the door on you. They literally just let a customer walk in right before me. I was at the Ontario Mills Mall and saw this Croc store. I had to see what all the fuss was about. These shoes are Hideously ugly. These revolutionary shoes are made of Croslite polyurethane--an antimicrobial resin that (contrary to anecdotal evidence) resists odor. I know many nurses that will only wear Crocs. The clasic clog is made several colors ( see attached pictures) with and without holes and with and without straps. More and more styles are available. I saw flip flops , ballet flats, and boots. They ranged in price from $19.99-$50. There were quite a few people in the store. I tried on a couple pairs and they felt okay, but not nice enough to inspire me to shell out that kind of money for bulky plastic shoes. Maybe if they looked like the cute jelly shoes in the 80s. Ugly is comfortable. I think I'll pass. read more

This is a very crowded Crocs with huge selection. What made my visit a 5 star one was definitely Gisella's customer service! I was in need of a pair of breathable shoes, and the top choice out there is definitely a pair of Crocs! But unfortunately they ran out of a Men's 10 for ALL of their Lite rides (softer sole) so I settled for a 9. But my feet couldn't settle so I went back for an exchange on the same day. Not only did Gisella was able to find me a pair of 10, she ran out of her way to let me exchange even when I wore it which was not their normal practice. I was very grateful for her superior customer service. My experience would have been dramatically different if wasn't for her help. read more

I was there last minute to closing but the manager Aaron Gonzalez was willing to go out of his way for me and let me get in the store. I have never seen this type of service during closing at the mall. Usually they will close the door and tell you to come back the next day. He was so professional, polite, quick to help and kind. Purchased 5 Croc shoes online and expected delivery date was Saturday 6/1. They made a mistake and shipped to different state- Colorado! Without any apology, they shipped it back with 5 days later than my original delivery date. What made it worse was that you didn't even let me know. I had to find out by clicking track status! If you made a mistake, at least you could do was to expedite the shipping instead of standard shipping. Purchased these shoes for my trip on Wednesday and now I had to buy new shoes for the trip since they won't come on time. Stupid mistake you made and I suffer! I just want to give a huge shout out to cashier Emmanuel. Today was my family's 3rd trip within this month to this location and this guys was SO AWESOME each time!! He has great customer service, interacted with customer during each transaction but still remained efficient. AND he was getting a little chewed out by another employee(maybe manager lady) and still kept his cool, engaged with his customer but still managed to respectfully acknowledge her and even said something along the lines of "that's weird, okay I'm sorry, we'll talk about it after." That's a great professional move for him. I was standing in line to pay for a long time so I got to see how it all went down. The only reason I didn't give it a fullfive star rating because I just don't feel like the female who seem to be in charge of the store wasn't the nicest. The line was wrapping around the store and poor Emanuel was checking out the people and she didn't bother to even hop on the cash register, Instead she stood there fiddling with merchandise and proceeded to reprimand him in front of paying customers. The merchandise wasn't as great as I would've hoped, but we are in a pandemic so I understand it makes getting proper merchandise a little bit tricky. I went to the croc store on July 19, 2022. As soon as it was time to check out there was two people on register just talking and didn't even notice anyone was in line. So I set my stuff down on the register so I can be helped and as I finally got someone to help me check out they were still talking in there own conversation while ringing me up. The girl who was helping had a huge attitude and acted like if I was bothering her. (It was around 6pm I went). Never going again needs new associates at that store. To the lady working in the floor that day as well thank you for all the help but the people behind the register you need a new job something that doesn't require customer service. read more

Went on Black Friday and Emmanuel was awesome! The line for the store was super long and he was chatting with costumers in line. He was really nice and so friendly, me and my aunt talked to him about college and everything. He made the line go buy faster and more enjoyable. He even waved hi to me and talked to my aunt when we ran into him later. He was also very helpful with bringing us shoes to try and he was able to answer all of our questions! Store is terrible I went in bc I had a pair of shoes on hold and rudely the manger told me that they don't have that shoe in stores. i drove a hour to a store to wait in a 30 min line to get a shoe on hold just for them not to carry it. i shopped around and nobody approached me while i looked around confused trying to figure out the sizes. when someone did approach me it was Don and he seemed to rush me out the store. I will not be coming back to this location and recommend no one else does. the store was unprofessional, messy, and the customer service was pathetic. When i asked for the manger he said "i am the manger". i was very unsatisfied with the choice of words that he used throughout our interaction. i have second hand embarrassment for this establishment. everyone seemed to just stand around or pretend to be busy by fidgeting with merchandise. read more

I was shopping for some crocs Christmas Eve and it was around 5pm and the employees were so nice and patient! Ralphy stood out to me, though. There were some customers giving everyone a hard time and Ralphy kept his calm. Insults were said to him and he was very professional. Overall, I just want to say that these employees are doing great. The line is long and I saw customers complaining and telling them off.... like if it's their fault. They are doing their best. This place is so unprofessional. Doors got locked right in front of us with out no acknowledgment that we were right there! Google says they close at 9 which was updated 4 days ago so which is it ? And the fact that out of 4 workers that clearly see customers outside waiting to see what going on don't even bother to take the courtesy and tell us that they close early (for whatever reason). We came from Victorville!! Very upsetting and disappointing and unprofessional! If I could give it zero stars I would just based on this crappy experience.
