She is kind and skilled and so intuitive. She has really helped with my arthritic back pain.

Amazing experience! She incorporates cupping and acupuncture with little bit of massage. I had my first visit today and I feel so relaxed. Highly recommend her! read more

I highly recommend Cristina and wish I could give her 10 more stars. I have been searching for a good massage therapist and acupuncturist. Finally I heard through a friend who heard from her friend about Cristina. Never in my years have I met such a skilled practitioner who can do it all in every visit. During my appointment today she did massage, acupuncture and cupping. I live with chronic back pain and tightness all over and have been seeing a chiropractor and having massages here and there throughout the years. After the appointment I felt as though I was floating and felt lighter inside my entire being. She is kind, strong, smart and a great listener who knows how her practice. I can't say enough good things about her. I have finally found "my person", my healer. Really, she's that good. read more

Cristina was amazing. I strained my back and was headed out of town the following day - and she managed to squeeze me into her schedule. She has a great combination of modalities and is a very genuine provider. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an acupuncturist! read more

My new job at the time had insurance that allowed for Alternative medicine (massage, acupuncture, etc). I took full advantage of this and quickly looked up therapists in my network. I called a handful of people; left messages... it was the luck of the draw that I found Cristina. Cristina's cozy little office is in West Seattle, kitty corner from the Rite Aid on California. During our first meeting she gathered my general health information and I discussed what my concerns were. Initially I visited her once a week for acupuncture, massage and she prescribed me some herbs. The herbs took some getting used to. I had to mix a couple tsps in a 1/2 glass of water and chug it. It reminded me of when I was a kid playing in the sandbox pretending to make tea for my friends. Except in real life we didn't drink it. If you haven't had acupuncture before it really is harmless. I barely could feel the needles. Once my treatment was finished I felt truly relaxed. Fortunately I didn't have too far to drive while in a haze to get home. Treatments, etc aside- Cristina is delightful! She's super nice, gets to know her clients well and does a great job. She had another practice that required taking a ferry somewhere, so her schedule was kind of limited. However, she is super flexible and often will schedule recurring appts if necessary. She didn't take Group Health insurance at the time, but she was working on it. read more

I have been going to Cristina for acupuncture/massage/herbs for years. She not only has a wonderful presence and energy about her, she is AMAZING at her work! I have chronic back, neck and tension issues and she really works wonders for me. She is always willing to fit me in when it's really bad. I love how she uses a multi-approach using massage, acupuncture and herbs; it's the best of all worlds. Cristina also is able to sense when her clients want to chat and when they want quiet. She is a very caring person and it is quite apparent how much she really enjoys her work. I can't recommend her enough! read more

I got into a car accident and didn't realize my head aches were related to whip lash and other blows to my body. i just knew i needed help. i usually don't go for help, so i was nervous. but after a month of headaches i was just about ready to try anything. I was referred to Cristina through a friend, whom she helped get over anxiety and nervousness. She was warm and friendly, and welcomed me into the world of chinese medicine easily but stern enough to understand that i was there for treatment and she was serious. she seems to have sincere concern for my healing process, and she also obviously really knows healing. I am so impressed with the whole thing. After my first visit with her, i was breathing regularly, more deeply than usual, and sleeping through the night for the first time in a long time. Cristina also does body work/ massage therapy and has helped loosen up the muscles so tight in my neck and back area. Delicious! Well, i've been back to her a handful of times and will continue to use acupuncture as a form of wellness therapy because of this woman! If there is anything you feel like you need to help get energy moving through in your body or spirit - run, don't walk, to see Cristina. She is truly gifted. read more

Ed A. - I went to Cristina because I have Menieres' disease which is a vertigo problem for which there is no cure. I tried all the speciailist in their respective fields and got no relief and no results. My medical doctor told me to try acupuncture and I found Cristina in the phone book. I set up an appointment and she took my history, listened very carefully to all my symptoms and provided treatment for me along with prescribed herbs. I was having several episodes a month but since I have been receving treatment from Cristina I have had only a couple of episodes this entire year. I believe the treatments are a major cause of relief and that with a little more time I feel Cristina can make the Menieres' episodes disappear altogether. On a personal note, Cristina is a warm person who takes caring to a whole new level. She is truely interested in each of her clients and goes to great lengths to ensure the best alternative health care possible. I have referred a couple of my friends to her and they have said the same thing regarding her care and treatment bringing positive results. I highly recommend Cristina and I'm sure you won't be disappointed using her as an acupuncture practitoner. She is truely a wonderful person. read more
