My total was…read more$6 which I paid through the app. When I arrived to pick up my pizza I was told I now owed an additional $5, which was the amount of the free pizza. I showed them my online receipt showing it was paid in full. I was told that the app must have glitched and that it wasn't their fault but I would have to pay the extra $5 to get either of my pizzas. Elliot the manager was very unwilling to help. I talked to Michael Holman who offered me a credit towards a future purchase but I told him I would rather have the $5 back that I never should have paid in the first place. He then got very aggressive and said never mind you can't have anything.
