I have decided to completely re-write my review in lieu of the past 5 visits to this location. I would also like to add that while I like to keep my reviews professional and constructive with bad reviews, this is one time of a few where my aggravation needs a little bit of venting.. What started out as a regular look forward to eating at restaurant, has turned into a nightmare of a place to eat. I always looked forward to getting a sausage biscuit from Hardee's because their biscuits were pretty much always perfect. a delicious golden brown color, lots of flavor in the thick biscuits, and a tasty piece of sausage planted cozily in between the two halves. I haven't seen a biscuit like this from this location in months. the biscuits have been burnt, hard and crunchy, and the sausage bland. besides the bad biscuits I receive on a regular basis, the thing that has gotten the worst of all is the service.. I have never in my life dealt with such slow service as I do at this location. and it doesn't matter what time of day it is either. Today's visit was the icing on the cake. I went to this location for a quick drive through experience, judging by the amount of cars in the line I opted for going in instead. there were approximately 7 people waiting to receive their orders, who apparently had all been waiting for quite some time. I placed my order for a sausage biscuit, and a breakfast burrito. the total was I believe 8.64 and I gave her 9.00, I didn't receive my change or receipt, but not biggie. I got my drink cup and proceeded to wait, and wait, and wait. twice I heard the shift leader asking why there weren't any biscuits made, and in addition to that, the workers were all clueless as to what was going where, and what was going on. after the rest of the disgruntled people had received their food and others got tired of waiting and got refunds. I finally got to my car and left after a close to 20 minute wait. I opened my "sausage biscuit" and what was in the package, was a yes you guessed it, a burnt sausage biscuit, with an egg slapped on top of it. the top half of the biscuit was in pieces and crumbs and the sausage was broken as well. this is NOT quality food, this is NOT quality service... the best thing to do besides closing this location, would be to fully overhaul the staff, and give full extensive training to all staff members on all aspects of their jobs, from front end training, to full cooking training on all points. I will not return to this location again, and quite possibly Hardee's in general because of this visit.. hopefully others will have better results..

The gentleman that helped us was super friendly and helpful; even said he noticed I hadn't added sauces to my order & asked if we needed any. I really appreciate that kind of service, actually paying attention & caring about the customers. They did promptly get him what he ordered but after rifling through the bag and handling the food "Nay Nay" put the food back for another order. Bad idea. You don't give someone food that was handled in any way by a non-employee. His hands were dirty, you don't know what he touched or if he left something in the bag. Guess I won't be eating here again.

So it's McDonald's and it seems that I wasn't the only person here with a laptop for a couple of hours. My fries were excellent - hot and crisp. I was using senior discount and the kid said he was a manager said I couldn't do 2 separate orders because that would be a loophole to use the senior discount because the 4 for 10 wasn't eligible. I told him that I understood that so just put the senior discount on the other order. He said no that's a loophole. I asked to speak to a dm or GM and he said they wouldn't be back for 3 weeks. I would not waste money on this dirty restaurant ran by kids again. Obviously the owner must not care either.
