Because this place does not offer indoor eating. One review said it was dirty inside I think if we all walked back into any kitchen at many restaurants we would find the same thing. And I'd still like to know where my horseradish went. Oh, parking in the lot to the left of the building is stupid expensive. Park in the garage across the street and save $20 bucks.
