Aside from being possibly the best burger I've ever had, this might be the best food item I've ever eaten in general. Smash burgers are great but these ones are on a different level. I can't seem to use any other word to describe it outside of "insane". It's a small shop and no where to eat inside but you'll want some privacy with the faces you make when you're eating. They will need to relocate to a bigger shop once more people find out about this place, no doubt about it. I believe it was the owner who took my order and handed me the food. I had a single patty and it was delicious, flavorful, and the perfect size for myself. A bit on the thinner end, (the burger--not me!) so if you like more meat then I'd recommend getting a double patty! My date had the "OG" burger and that one was delicious as well. The fries were thicker than in n out fries, and perfectly crispy! I also tried the ding dong shake, and that was delicious as well! The interior of the restaurant is smaller than I expected but it is cute and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful, i spoke with Angela and she is awesome! The burgers (including the impossibles) are "crispy"--deliciously caramelized around the edges while juicy and tender inside. We got the half fries and half onion rings that were excellent. The lettuce, pickle and tomato were fresh and the cheddar cheese was hot and melty. This may be due to the fact we were there around 2:00 in the afternoon and there was no rush or backlog of orders. It reminded me of a classic, no nonsense, old school burger, cooked well with quality ingredients. From first bite to the last, it was "Wow! This is good." I would definitely come back and highly recommend Eat Crispy Burger. the only drawback that made me remove a star is the lack of seating, and the shortage of parking, which runs a gauntlet with the Starbuck's drive thru. Son had the double all American. Daughter had the OG. Other daughter had the OG plain. I had the double OG add tomatoes and pickles. We all shared a bunch of fries and onion rings. So we had just about everything a family could have. How was it? It was good, not great. We have other local favorites that we would return to before we returned here. For anyone curious, the burgers are somewhat crispy because of the crust that forms when the patties are smashed on the grill. Yeah, they're kinda like SmashBurger, but much smaller. One of the kids called the burger a Scooby Snack because it was smaller than we expected. I'd give 3.5 stars if I could but will go 4 for family business. Enjoy. read more
