This spot was recommended to me a few months back and I was in the area today. I'm only upset that I hadn't been here sooner! Simple menu that covers all the burger bases, nothing too fancy, but still a couple unique burgers that sounded great. I had a double all American and it was perfect. Burger patties were cooked perfectly, great texture, spot-on flavor, and the perfect amount of toppings. Ordered a side of half fries and half onion rings. Really liked them both. I'm pretty picky about fries, these were really good and stayed that way, fries usually suck the second they're not perfectly fresh- these held up. On top of the food being awesome, the folks working really made what would have been a great experience already, even better. You can tell they really cared and made the extra effort. While we were there a good flow of people came and went, picking up to go orders, or eating in. They all seemed like they all were familiar with the crew. Burger was good, smash style burger. More of 3.5 then a 3. Sides were OK got the fry and rings nothing to special.

First, this place has outstanding customer service that is consistent everytime my boyfriend and I go. The food is delish. With so many "burger" options it's funny to see another one pop up. The difference is this one isn't a chain and instead a family owned local business. I don't eat beef very often but when I want a burger it's refreshing to find a place that offers quality. Burger was made by order, toppings fresh and crunchy; Bread soft and flavorful. OMG these burgers were so good I am definitely going there every time I go in the Encinitas area best burger even better than In-N-Out go here and you won't regret it. I love how they have the option to get half fries and a half onion rings because sometimes we are so undecided whether we want fries or onion rings but here I got the best of both worlds. Had the Impossible Burger as I'm a vegan who will occasionally go vegetarian. First, I'm thrilled they offer a plant based option, so kudos for that! Staff was super friendly and helpful, another plus. Burger was just OK. Top of the bun was over toasted, leaving a slightly burned taste. Probably would skip the bun and go with a bowl next time, if they offer an Impossible option. Burger patty was formed so that it overhung the bun by 1/2 inch. Not a good visual in my opinion. Also, if they sized the patty to fit in the bun they could reduce the price of the burger. The single Impossible is as much as the double and triple meat burgers. (Don"t know if they were oversized as well.) I opted for the Crunch Sauce (thousand island) but it was disappointingly thin. Maybe I caught them on a bad day in the kitchen? Also, the dill pickle chip had a nice crunch but was lacking flavor. But the thing that I will come back for is the fries! They are amazing! I will eat these fries forever! Hopefully this is just a learning curve and adjustments will be made. Early days still, so I'll give it a bit of time and another try. I wish them luck! It's so rare for a place to not have a single bad or even mediocre thing about it, but crispy burger doesn't miss! You might be thinking, "how good could a chicken sandwich be at a burger place?" This family run business is absolutely one of the best and the anticipation was running long before they opened. I watched the construction while going to Starbucks and saw posts asking when they'd open and if anyone knew who owned it. As soon as they opened we had to try and we instantly loved.
