Everything except pickles, Dijon instead of yellow mustard, and add cucumber and bell pepper. They are so efficient here. I finally found myself in this neighborhood during lunch. I've had this sub shop bookmarked for years. On a Sunday, there were a few people waiting for sandwiches. The employees were friendly and promptly greeted me. I ordered a medium Italian sub for my husband and a small #3(ham and capacolla) on a wheat roll. I thought my sandwich was pretty darn good. They have all the sandwich toppings and dressings you can think of. I ordered mine with lettuce, tomato, pickles, pepperoncinis, sweet hot mustard, and red vinegar. There was just the right amount of everything. The wheat roll was soft and fresh. My husband had the medium Italian sub. There was ham, salami, pepperoni, and capacolla. He thought it was really good and huge. He could have ordered the small sub like mine. There is some inside seating but we ate outside with our dog. We will be back! read more

I ordered catering for 150 staff at a local high school. Their owner, Tim, was absolutely amazing to work with, from start to finish. He was helpful in suggesting quantities and recommending their top-selling sandwiches. I wound up ordering seven of their 6-foot long subs, each with a different meat/cheese combo. If you've never ordered their 6-footers before, all I can say is DO IT! Talk about a WOW factor. Each of the 6-footers was securely placed on a wooden plank which had been wrapped in tinfoil. Each sub was cut into 30, secured with toothpicks, and wrapped in Saran. I was able to transport them all easily. On the side Tim included mayo, mustard, and all the toppings so people could build their own sub. We were in the area for something else and love a good sub so decided to stop in. Food tasted okay, but I wanted my sub warmed and I didn't realize they have a little home toaster oven, so it literally was in the toaster for 5 minutes, which i've never seen. My boyfriend didn't get his toasted so he was already eating while i was standing at the counter waiting for the oven for 5 minutes. I got sourdough bread and my other complaint was the bread was actually hard. I literally stopped eating about halfway through because the corners of my lips were hurting from the bread. Maybe if they switch the toaster and the bread is softer, it could be a hit. Ingredients did taste good though, which was nice. read more

Subman is a locally owned shop. Customer service is outstanding and sandwiches are well priced. I decided to order a medium sized Tuna Sub. I chose squaw bread and added lettuce, olives, tomatoes, mustard, mayonnaise, peppercini, onions, Swiss cheese, vinegar, salt and pepper. It included an ample amount of tuna. (No skimping at this Sub shop!). This sandwich was so delicious. The tuna was fresh and I definitely loved the squaw bread. It was big enough to feed two people, but if you have a bigger appetite, they also sell a large sized option. This place reminds me of the old school deli on the corner I grew up eating at in New York. I ordered the large Italian sub on white bread with Provolone cheese and all the veggies with oil and vinegar. My wife ordered a large roast beef with avocado, Swiss cheese on Squaw bread with all the veggies Mayo oil and vinegar. Let me tell you both these sandwiches were Der-Licious! As a matter of fact my wife's was so good, it almost knocked my tongue in the dirt! Here's the kicker, the sandwiches were huge!!! They were so big we had to have them cut in four pieces and we could only eat 1/4 of the sandwiches in one sitting! Oh and did I mention the price? They were only $11! I was like what the heck?! I went to Subman for the first time and the sandwich that I received was done well and the employees were very attentive and listened carefully to how I wanted it created however it was listed at a price of $6.99 and my bill was $7.99 (didn't argue that but should have...). The reason for my review is the place needs a deep cleaning, just filthy inside! I did sit inside, and all the tables were dirty, the bench seat I sat at had crumbs and food logged into the seat brackets that needed to be vacuumed and not wiped. These seats definately need to be replaced.... after that I look up and it appears to be bugs dead in the light covers and I do believe roaches!! I simply was beside myself and could not each another bite wondering what goes on at that place at night. I will not go there again until the place is deep cleaned and rennovated!
