I get my car washed here a few times a month mainly because I get to eat a sandwich from Deliluv while I wait. I usually get the Italian or Beacon Beef, both are amazing. You might think, "ugh a gas station deli" but this place is not like that. Yea they have premade if you're in a hurry but if they're open I highly recommend having them make you one. The fresh bread (French sub roll) makes the sandwich. It's very clean, the staff is always friendly. And their meat is top quality boars head and they don't skimp! I haven't found a better sandwich in the area and very reasonably priced for the amount you get. Frozen yogurt is a little limited for flavors but they have all the most popular ones and tons of toppings to choose from. read more

Hidden gem, it's inside Chevron. They were giving out free bread while I was there (I can't do more carbs than I already ordered, otherwise I'd grab it). I ordered at 11:45 and asked to have it ready by 12pm, and everything went smoothly. Sandwich was delicious and flavorful! Will be coming back, it's very close to work for me. :) only think I didn't like though was that the prices are a little higher than what's on the menu (I paid $12, menu says $9). The best sandwich I've ever had? Probably not, but definitely the best sandwich I've ever had that came out of a Chevron Station, that's for sure! I never guessed I'd be able to get grub this good while also filing up my tank and taking a few chances on some scratch off lotto tickets. We tried the Veggie and the Cuban sandwich, both of which I was really impressed with. The Cuban was full of flavor while the veggie actually impressed me with all the stuff they put into it. That's pretty hard to do with just vegetables, but I loved the addition of peppercinis. It really made it stand out. It wasn't cheap by any means, but I'd definitely come here again if I'm on my way out of town and need a grab n go stop to fill up fuel and a bite of food. After reading previous 5 star reports, I was excited about finding a great pastrami sandwich here. My error. If your history is New York deli, this will disappoint. This place is really amazing! Today I got their pineapple frozen yogurt (which tastes just like the dole whip froyo from Disney Land) and a grilled focaccia panini with turkey, pesto and tomatoes and it was absolutely delicious. I got to meet the owners and they told me they only use the highest quality products such as Boar's Head deli meat and fresh baked bread made locally in north county. These people know exactly what they're doing and I could immediately tell by the first bite of my sandwich and yogurt. I'm also a big fan of the remodel they did, it looks extremely nice and clean, almost like a little cafe out of a magazine. I'm glad that I found this place because I'm most definitely coming back here a lot more often! read more

As far as a sandwich shop this is as good as it gets.. the use boar's head meat so you know the meat quality is going to trump most sandwich shops. They have a variety of sandwich choices hot and cold and their prices are way better than some of the sandwich shops down the street charging over ten for their sandwiches. I work close to this deli and saw it had a frozen yogurt! I was so excited to try but was very disappointed. I took my cup and tried the caramel and it was runny... it looked like poop! I told the attendant and she told me to tell another attendant. Ok, I thought that was her job! Lazy, customer service. Then I was told to wait 2 minutes but I tried the vanilla which I was told was the one working. It worked fine but it didn't taste to good with the stale toffee I topped it with. I work in an office up the hill from DeliLuv and I come here almost everyday for lunch--whether I'm getting a deli item, some frozen yogurt, or purchasing a drink and utilizing the seating area (inside or out). The only reason I can't give them five stars is because they are never open. I know the sign has the hours posted but often times when we go they leave early or didn't open up that day.
