I sent a copy job by email to Crisp Imaging. The next day I went to pick it up and not only was it completed and waiting for me but it was excellent quality. I had decided I needed a another copy which they had copied from a Powerpoint and so they had to pull it back up and make me another copy which they did with pleasure, even though it was not very convienient and my copy job was not a big one, so the time spent wasn't bringing them a lot of compensation. I then asked about the ends of rolls of paper that I sometimes had purchased in the past from the previous owner, and before I left he gave me a roll of paper in a size he was no longer using- and didn't let me pay for it. I left there feeling so uplifted and well served. They were not only capable but generous, and gracious. THey honestly made my day- as well as my beautiful copies! read more

I was looking to get 10 family photos printed on big 18x24" engineer prints. I tried staples.com first, uploaded all my photos, ordered and went to pick up just to find out they denied my order because they were family photos...annoying. So then I called my local postal annex in alpine asking if they would print on engineer and they couldn't but luckily they referred me to Copy Corral!! I called copy corral at 5:30pm yesterday, right before they closed and Julie answered who was so helpful, had me email her the prints and said they'd be ready by the morning - SCORE! These girls are life savers. I decided to DIY my wedding invitations to save some money. Long story short, the gold foil on my invites were screwing up my printers sensors and completely messing them up. After some tears and HOURS trying to get it right I was about to scrap them and order the invites online. The next day my friend referred me to the copy corral. I called them up and she had me email over the verbiage for the invites, RSVP cards and the "details" cards. I brought over the stationary for them to print on, they ran a test through and PERFECTION. They also said they would try to get them done that day. I had absolutely no expectation of that as it was around 2pm on a Friday. I told them no rush and they were done that Monday. Thank you guys for saving my sanity and lots of $$$! read more

Very rude on the phone. When the girl answered the phone she talked very fast and mumbled. When I asked her to repeat herself she talked in very slow drawn out words in a very condescending way. Then when I went onto ask her if my copies were ready before I could finish my sentence she interrupted me and loudly said "name". She could have waited for me to finish talking and asked for my name in a more polite manner. Bad bad customer service...business lost! read more
