Dry over priced food. Runny malts/icecream. Over hyped. Very confrontational arrogant owner. Never in my life have I been talked to the way he talks to people who disagree with him about his food. He also lies in his replies as I'm 100% positive he will with this 1 as well. I have over a thousand reviews on Google, less than 1 percent is a 3 or less. I gave him a 1. Food , location, ambiance, and yes how your treated all play a role in a review. Never been so disappointed as I was with this food, thier prices and with Ashton taytay . I cry and freeze up with any kind of wrong treatment. Comes from years of abuse. So I don't speak up my frustrations, I write them. He made me feel very uncomfortable and intimidated. He is very unprofessional and should take anger management classes and also attend a conference on how to interact with people. He uses his military stance when approaching women and their young daughters when they have an issue with the food. Well it worked cause we didn't get our entire order, or our order done correctly. We quietly finished our food and left. He is basically a bully. If you over his google reviews with 5 stars, most are new accounts with only 1 review. Also click on his bad reviews and read all of them and his replies and see for yourself. If your a single woman or mom with young children I would definitely choose somewhere else to eat. Even the burger king across the street with an indoor playground is better. The owner works at Tinker but I met him, he was there. Others have met him there also. This is a real review, and I have spoken with you. Of course they deny and lie and lie. They say things like " we looked over the video footage and that couldn't have happened. Yet it did, they use that line to try and fool review readers and sorry to tell you but TayTay is a rude mean person. If you don't see that then you're blind , lying or paid to help his reputation. I really wanted to like Crimson Melt because the concept is good, but unfortunately our experience fell short. The food was mediocre overall--the tater tots were cold, and my sandwich was soggy on one side, which made it difficult to enjoy. The soda machine was also out of order during our visit, which was disappointing. Additionally, the dining area could use some attention. The floors felt slick, almost like there was a buildup that hadn't been properly cleaned. While there were several employees working, but time was spent talking behind the counter and not offering assistance. The food was absolutely awful and fell far short of expectations. What I ordered looked nothing like what was served. The soup was unappetizing and nearly inedible, and the mac and cheese was a complete joke--there was almost no cheese at all, just plain penne noodles. On top of that, they charged $4 for a small soda, which felt like an insult given the poor quality of the meal. Overall, the experience was deeply disappointing. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone and I wouldn't even consider serving their food to a pet. To make matters worse, it was a total waste of $64.41.
