DO NOT GET AN AC UNIT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! My husband and I rented one on July 1st this year, well…read morethey don't tell you that they do not install the unit for you even thought their website says they will "set up, connect, and test the product for you" So they basically just deliver the unit and leave. We had to hire someone else to install the unit for us, it ended up getting damaged by accident during the installation, and we have been waiting over 2 weeks for Aaron's to send someone out to see if they could fix it. The repair tech finally showed up today and said they were sent to look at my REFRIGERATOR! And apparently they don't work on AC Units. So now we are stuck with an $800 paperweight if the guy who installed the unit can't fix it. I will never use this company again! No 24 hour support either for appliances. If they can't provide professionals to install/repair their units for them, then they shouldn't be leasing/selling them!!!!
