Arrived at 4:50pm in a rush and was told by the men who greeted us that we'd have to come back tomorrow, because they close in 7 minutes. Verizon Associate Shannon took the time to check her phone to see if our order was in. She told the male (who was an I can't) associates and they literally rolled their eyes at her. They went in the back, retrieved our phone and screen protector and we left out of the front doors before 5pm. All that being said to Shannon, we will bring you a Starbucks coffee next time we come through. You are the only reason we rated you guys with as many stars as we could. Thank you ma'am.

Employees Brad- Alexis and Mikey were completely incompetent and uncaring about this situation and threw the poor little guy that was trying under the bus. Now they say they will cancel my payment for the taxes but offer nothing but their word. I cannot believe this place is still in business. Do not come here! I transferred 2 lines back to Metro and kept my old phones and number. Let me explain the game she tried to play. She told me that she gave us the Metro Flex Start plan for $50 and she added in 25GB of hot spot (a bonus). I was told for 2 lines my bill would be $85 with auto pay and $90 without. To set all this up I paid a total of $169. I was given a receipt for the total and it was not itemized. She said I was charged for the first month, 2 activation fees, and 2 sim cards. Once again, I have no itemized receipt. This seems shady. Later, when I logged into my account online she lied about the plan!! It was the Metro Flex Up plan which is $60 and automatically comes with 25GB (SHE DID NOTHING EXTRA). She asked if I wanted phone insurance, I said no. She added it anyway without my permission! I called her to talk about all of this she said "no I added those bonuses in for you" and my bill would be adjusted down to $90. She said she took off the insurance (no she did not, I had to call cust service). I asked her to email an itemized receipt, she told me I could come in the next day. I told her I was looking at the plan online and what she gave me nothing different. So, my bill will be $100 a month not $85! She also told me that she was the manager and corporate. She told me to come back next month I can get some deals. (that makes no sense) I feel like I was scammed and lied to. She was not the most friendly. One guy came in to pay his bill and he had coins (less than a dollar). She said that they don't take coins for payment( she meant the non silver coins). She says the bank will not take them. So the guy left and had to come back. I have a feeling she was lying about that also. The store also smelled of poop when we walked in. No joke!! I will not go back to this location. Just be honest!!!!
