Sometimes I even go beyond my original budget, but when it's done right, it's worth it. This is my second TV purchase from Video Only in Tacoma, and that's no accident. Spending more hurts a lot less when you know you received a great deal and excellent customer service. Kyler worked with me on both purchases and made each experience smooth and enjoyable. He was patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to compare TVs and play different content. Even after I mistakenly bought the wrong size TV, Kyler went above and beyond to make the exchange easy and stress-free. That kind of service truly leaves a lasting impression. The TV itself is flawless and beautiful, and I'll definitely be asking for Kyler again on my next purchase.

Now that we are…read moremore dependent on our phones that ever, it's imperative you have a device with enough juice to get you though at least 8 hours before going into low power mode. Doing research, I found shops online that you could mail your phone to and they had the best pricing. My problem with that, was being without my phone for 7-10 days. When I started looking around on yelp, many shops had great reviews, but their prices were ridiculous. You can buy a battery for $25 on eBay or Amazon, it's a 30-minute service, So anyone charging you 3 figures is ripping you off. Especially when you consider as a business, you probably buy batteries by the dozen and probably pay closer to $15 each. Service took 45 minutes, cost me $80. I didn't have to mail anything or go without my phone for a week. Honestly, I only have one knock for these guys, they don't appear to want you in the store. I would have much rather liked to take a seat and wait for my device than be booted and asked to come back in 40 minutes. Funny enough, I had just grabbed a bite, had I known I couldn't wait, I would have dropped the phone first then grabbed my bite to pass the time. Either way, they get 5 stars. The price and service were as close to flawless as you can expect.

The staff are quirky - the good kind of quirky. They know their stuff and they aren't herding you to buy what they have. Recently I added a set of Chartwell speakers which have their special charms. Great shops like GHA make you want to return. They dig their music and they treat customers with respect - educating where helpful and never condescending.
