When I came back she was busy with other customers so she had this other guy take over who came up with different amounts on this already confusing contract and Lillian would not stand behind her original proposal. Several years ago, T mobile put me on the "Magenta over 55 plan" and I was told the price would never go up and three years later it did and I was told "oh sorry, situation beyond our control". This is the second time T-Mobile has lied to me and after 8 years of being a loyal customer its time to move away from them. I am very disappointed and wasted my afternoon with this store!

They understood the issue and also could not understand how the store thought the battery could be over 10 volts if it is not taking a charge but the owner still refuses to replace. He said the dryer was very dirty when he took the back panel off. When he told me this I got a very bad feeling because before I brought it to his shop I tried to repair the dryer myself and cleaned everything with a vacuum cleaner. Needless to say I paid him the $ 100.00 and took the dryer home. I plugged it back in and same problem it did not start. I then found out that my dryer was never broken in the first place. It was the receptacle which was defective, this is only a $ 6.00 item at Home Depot.

In a typical normal Ace Hardware store the employees greet you upon entering the store and offer to help you find what you're looking for. This staff offered no greeting or no assistance whatsoever. I can certainly see that they were trained by their owner who has the personality of a rock. Maybe instead of selling hardware they should sell rocks. If you are looking for a store for any of your needs, I would bypass South End Ace and shop at target, Walmart, tractor supply, or Fred Meyer. Your time would be well spent by visiting those other stores.
