I usually stick with the same phone for years because I just don't like change. But it didn't take me long to adjust to the newness and I couldn't wait to find the perfect cover and screen protector. That's when Joe K took me straight to the Accessory Store in Elk Grove. The minute we walked in, I knew I would find what I was looking for here. Even the products online just didn't wow me. This store had a huge number of assorted cases on display for most brands, makes, and models. The clerk on staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about their merchandise. I had a hard time making my selection, but I finally found a bling style rhinestone encrusted case that I had always wanted! I also got a screen protector to go with it. The nice young man who was assisting us, put it all together for me at no additional charge. Joe K also purchased a vehicle cup holder/cell phone stand and two car chargers. The prices were very reasonable. Never did I think that we would have a fulfilling shopping trip at a phone accessory store! Now, I feel better about protecting my investment from possible future damage. It's no fun being a klutz!

FALSE ADVERTISING AND BROKE MY PC CASE!…read more Website specifically says "FREE DIAGNOSTICS" and "no fix no fee". Yet AFTER I dropped my PC off the owner tried to claim I owed $60 after he gave me a receipt that said total $0. No shame. He even told me over yelp "bring it in for free diagnostics". Not only that, he broke my PC case because he couldn't figure out he had to press a latch to open it and probably just ripped it out and tried to hide it with screws and didn't tell me. And now it doesn't stay closed anymore. And also he took out my GPU and didn't bother screwing it back in place when he was done, just left it dangling in there. Stay away from these clowns.

Today when my husband went in to cut and program an after market key for a vehicle we just bought, that was not the case. The woman who helped him gave him a bunch of attitude after quoting him $100 to program it on top of the $15 to cut it. We just didn't budget for it and it's a third key so it's not necessary. He had the key cut but he would have preferred not to after the way she was talking to him. I think it's important to respect the choices of your customers. We probably would have gone back there to get it programmed but, I'm looking around now. Wouldn't even mind paying more, once we're ready. Do better.

I even came back and spent some time. Now if you're into card games or some of these other things this is the place to go. I called Elk Grove Computers and was told to bring them in for a free diagnostic test. When I arrived at their location, I discussed the symptoms and was advised that the two computers could be repaired, and the Dell would be ready in a couple of days. The Dell was a very inexpensive computer to begin with, so I told them that I didn't want to pay a lot to repair it. We also discussed the fact that I had purchased the Dell because the computer that I had in my classroom was in such poor shape, that I decided to buy my own system rather than deal with the school district. The next day I received a text message saying my Dell was ready to be picked up. The owner of the company stayed late and repaired my computer just in case I needed it in my classroom. I was extremely impressed. About a week or so later, I received a call about the other computer, an iMac 27". Based on what was happening with that computer, I had been expecting to pay over $1000.00 to have it repaired. Elk Grove Computer Service made all need repairs, and installed updated software for less than half what I was expecting to pay. In addition to great work on my computer, I can't say enough about how friendly everyone is at this location. If you want top notch, attentive service for an excellent price, this is the place to bring your equipment.
