Even though she needed to reach out to her manager to take additional steps to resolve the issue. I recommend the Customer Service store @ Tierra del Rey, Chula Vista. Thank you Yaraida for turning my visit to your store pleasant, and hopeful that my issue will be resolved.

Whoa, should've come here to look at the reviews. They're right, this place is horrible!…read more Just terrible service. Don't come here. Came in today to see if they could remove a stripped screw. Said "$35 if we could take it out". $35 for a stripped screw. I respected it regardless and said ok. 45 minutes later told me they couldn't and then showed me an even worse screw. First of all, the technician of the shop didn't talk to me then. It was another employee who couldn't tell much about the result, besides that they couldn't. I had to ask for the tech, and then when he came out, he didn't tell me anything besides that "he tried" and ignored me, looking at his TV or something. I walked away and he sarcastically told me to "have a good day" afterwards. I came back after looking at the device and seeing how badly they messed it up. Told me that they worked for "free" and that I was "bitching" and told me to "get the fuck out of here". Firstly, why would you pay anyone for a failed repair, much less one that made more damage? I understand that he worked for the device to be fixed, but now I have no way to repair this device because of the damage that the technician made. I wanted a fair shake, but instead he cursed me out. I would rate it lower if I could!!

Miguel is a great employee and he and your other employees deserve better, do better. miguels customer service was more than i expected. i hope if i go back soon, if i need any more information and not have to deal with fighting off the fruit flies. please do better. show how much you value your customers as well as your employees.

I was so impressed and I want everyone out there in Yelp World to hear what I had to say about my experience with Electro Finance. This is how you get treated when you do business with Kirk... (My item wasn't even listed but he was able to special order it and still I got in a few hours !) Of course I read all the reviews I could on yelp about different electronics brokers like you all. Wow, the reviews about you certainly ring true! I'm sure lots of people have told you how difficult it can be when you find yourself in a less than desirable financial situation. You never once said anything or did anything I wouldn't expect if I had perfect credit so thank you for that as well. As far as the operation you run... well let's just say I had gotten approved and placed an order from another outlet last week and after many emails , calls that were 'out of hours' and messages never returned I wasn't sure what to do. I ran across you guys and well basically two hours later I had my soundbar. Funniest part is that after you and I got off the phone and I sent you my docs that other place emailed me saying my order was in process and to e-sign my lease. I politely replied "I went with another company so please cancel my order!" I'm truly grateful for your effort and so glad to have found your company!"
